  • omg... u made my life easier

  • every time I get on sony vegas I have to re-apply this option. Is there no permanent way to keep it applied?

  • @MARLINS012345 On the version of Sony Movie Studio I have, MS 10, I apply the setting once and it stays on full time. When I close and re-open MS, it still shows all frames.

  • another very useful video! thanks, Bill.

  • I have a question, yay, I just rendered a 3 hour video in Vegas and it took 2 frigging day to render and now when I watch it in W.M.P. it suddenly stops playing at about 70% through the video and will not let me play it at all if I start it after that specific time. I did set the yellow tab things at the very end of the video but is this a problem that can be fixed or is my laptop just a piece of crap?

  • @hagen552 Render speeds are related to the CPU speed of your computer, number of cores, amount of RAM and amount of free drive space. When I render HD, it usually takes 2 minutes per minute of rendered video.

When playing video back through WMP, it will often stall or go out of sync on longer videos. It is well known problem with WMP and long videos.

  • your awesome! Very good at what you do! keep it up!

  • thanks 4 that tip. id probly use it the opposite 2 show less 2 make things move a bit faster.

  • would this make the program run slower?

  • @ChaoticMatters Depends on your computer. If it is starved for memory or you don't have a dedicated video card with at least 512Meg RAM, it could cause the program to run slower.

  • great tip!

  • I edit slow motion footage so I might have a 10 minute long clip that only has 5 seconds of footage that I will end up using. It's definitely helpful to enable this to find that little section I end up saving. Thanks for the tip!

  • thanks for the tip

  • You definitely should make a video on editing the audio of footage - not cutting, moving and stuff, I mean things like levelling, normailzation,... all THAT fancy stuff to get a nice audio track with an overall same volume without overdriven parts or peaks.

  • Oh this is great! I've been needing that. Thanks.

  • nice :D

  • woot
