Backgrounds and textures are done in PS. I animate in Toon Boom, and composite in AE. There are also some 3D modeled shots that were created and textured in 3ds max. The audio wasn't mixed or edited professionally... I just did it in AE with the composite. Of all the things I'd change, that's definitely something I'd do 'right' in the future.
