@fitnessreviewpro Glad to hear you got something out of it! Sometimes when I am making these videos it feels awkward teaching while on camera. I have been in the study of Emmet Fox's book "Sermon On The Mount" for many years, and still loearning much from it. These are very different points of view from the ones most of us were raised with. But once you begin to see the point, things become so much clearer. Humanity really does over-complicate things. Truth is far simplier! :-)
