3:40 (Puts on Fighting game nerd hat) I think that KOF footage was taken from Mugen. I could tell by the fact that Hotaru is in there as an Assist. She was only in the console version of KOFXI and that game didn't have Assists.

But the reason a sequel exists was because the original sold pretty well, over 3 million copies were sold. So mass marketing can sell any old shit to idiots :D

Long time fan here. Good review, but where's the energy dude? You couldn't sound more monotone if you tried. Aside from that it was good.

Also; Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo was not the first game to have Super moves, it was Art of Fighting (or Samurai Shodown 2) SNK games were the first to have supers. SNK and Capcom have always had an interesting relationship.

overall this review's okay, its not as good as your original Rise of the Robots review, but I guess since this game is more of the same except somehow much worse, I guess that goes to show.

As far as the Brian May promotion they have on the game, I would assume that they wrote him a nice check so they can put his name on the game, for whatever strange reason.

Oh man, someone gave me this game in 1999 or so. I traded it in a few months after I got it and haven't even thought about it or remembered it until I saw the loading screen. It's not even comically bad, it's just boring and forgettable.
