@ Athiestviking I have a few of Uli's movies including the Green River Killer. The series are not factual. Uli's Green River shows Ridgeway picking up hookers in a bar. Gary never approached women, he parked back from the strip on a corner & the prostitutes approached him. He chose prostitutes because who would report them missing?

Seems like one of the best miniseries about a serial killer. So much shit is out on the market, especially Ulli Lommels serial killer series.

That would be a macabre practical joke, putting a mannequin in the river, made to look like a corpse. Very macabre. But that pales in comparison to what Mr. Ridgeway did. No joke about it. Don't characters like him have any fear of God? :-(

What annoys me is that I live in Canada where we abolished the death penalty a long time ago, yet we spend millions of dollars a year to keep these criminals behind bars. We even pay for them to receive a university education, yet I have two teenagers that I can't afford to send to uni. They'll have to take out student loans! Just for the record Helen "Hel" Remus is a fictional character added to the movie. She is not in Reicherts book. She was added as a kind of representative face to the Green river victems.
