Good video, and very good on keeping your fermenter sterile, but if I may add a suggestion, never use bleech, instead use powdered brewer wash to clean the fermenter, and then sanitize it with star san sanitizer, both found at any homebrew store. Bleech residue will kill your yeast, and if it does survive, will produce off flavors. Also, you can use the starsan in your airlock instead of vodka to keep contaminants out. Other than that, good job.
@herbalcat It really is simple...for example the hard cider recipe was 18 liters (motts or similar) apple juice...no preservatives...about 3 liters water and then 6kg sugar....Then wine yeast but bread yeast will work...just wont be as strong (alcohol content) If you want a smaller batch...just some simple math to scale it down. It will sit for about 3 - 4 weeks...then into some recycled wine and beer bottles...tops bought for a brewer supply. This will be a strong desert style wine.
I have used bleach for 14 years, with beer, wine and mead. No problem..

Interesting video. I always thought it was a little more difficult to make mead and wine, but you make it look so easy!
