great monuments like moais or the stonehenge always amazed me. Its really spectacular how these people could build these things. My suggestion is that an alien population guided the humans to that island, then taught them how to build those moais. If you're interested in these stuff you should also check out the nazka lines in peru. By the way, excelent video.

Those statues are made by those creatures who flew by UFO. It might be a sign for easy looking from the sky.

I dunno, It's such a mystery. Not even just these enourmous statues but the whole idea of a civilization on such a tiny spec of an island in the middle of nowhere. I wonder what they were even doing there?And then they go ahead and spend their entire lives building these gigantic statutes only to fall apart as a people and die off. There's kind of a lesson for humanity in this I think. They used up all the resources around them and started living out of touch with nature...Peeeeeeace my friend!

From the little I know, the Easter Island guys probably succumbed to religion, made statues to please the deities and destroyed their minds and habitat in the process. Pure speculation on my part though!
