to do a finishing move, you have to lower the enemy's health first and right when the enemy is about to attack you attack at the same time and you will do an animation.
guys I'm having a problem that after taking a lot of sleep still my stamina is not recovering and everyone keeps telling me that u feel ill whethered and u need to be in bed still my stamina is not recovering is there any thing I should do rather than going sleep?? or do I neet to take a lot of sleep??
You perform a finishing move after the enemy is below a certain amount of health, usually around half or 1/4 health left, and performing either a standard attack or a power attack when the enemy is staggered or right after the enemy attacks and he is wide open to a counter-attack. You're welcome.
@Whit3Diablo If you time it correctly when they are just starting to use their breath on you it will stop them from using it and stagger them for a good amount of time, very useful for when you want to get into melee range.
To answer the question being asked, from what I've seen, there is not given command for killing blows, (that I know of.) I believe it's all about catching the enemy off guard, or at a weak point. The dragon, for instance, bows its head, and remains defenseless... If you successfully block a character, or catch them off guard with a power attack/rush, I get them then too (on lesser NPC's)
@KonClueZhen yeah it happens pretty much when they are staggered, low on health, or doing something they shouldn't be. I have never been able to trigger the finishers on people who are running away though :(.
@NemesisTheZombieKing Finishing moves depend on your location in relation to the enemy's location, as well as how vulnerable they are ( if you've bashed them, or staggered them, or you hit them in the middle of their attack), and how strong/weak they are. If you time a strike just right as a wolf is jumping at you, then you will likely end up doing a finishing move. If you block bash somebody, then do a power move over their head, you're likely to do a finisher.
meh

@freanklin416 This was on adept (Medium). The reason why the dragon died so quickly was because of the guards, they do a shit ton of damage.

I'm kind of confused, how do you activate finishing moves and how come some show in first person while others show at a third person view?
