It looks like you are not considering the requirements at any DMV to get a drivers lic. They will have to be trained and in order to get their vehicle on the road, they have to get insurance. This will revive the economy in transportation, insurance and many other industries because there will be millions in need of cars, airplane tickets, insurance, you name it. this will bring new jobs to us Americans by the way.

They have to meet the requierements in order to operate a motor vehicle, 10 million more people paying for drivers license to bgin with, driving schools will boost their income and create more jobs, the "test" shows if they meet the requirement or not, many drive better than our 70 yr old seniors still on the road posing higher risks. Aipplane ticket sales: did you know that they do not travel because they requiere an ID which they ar enot currently elegible for?
