I do agree that friendships are superficial, (i.e. I work at a school and there was a girl who came back from the hospital because she was very ill and her so called "friends" came running to her like they were truly her friends. I kept on thinking if they were truly friends wouldn't they have called or something, anything to see if she was okay?) Me, if I love someone I will never leave them.People tell me to leave my sick dad, but I'm true.
And this is why I connect with characters like J.D. and why shows like this are so great. Sometimes they just get it, how some things can suck so bad and other times when things are much more warming then you may realize.

Why are people so bothered about being lonely? Im 31 & have been a loner my whole life. (except for when i engage in those short term relationships or flings) i dont mind it at all. I have a whole arsonal of hobbys that keep me busy & i actually enjoy my own personal alone time. to think, soul search, work on music, animation, art ect. I'll go out sometimes, meet a girl, 5 times out of 50 i'll actually call her and explore something new. But in the end, i like to know that 70% my time is MY time

go listen to the song dark blue by jack's mannequin. it came out in 2005 and although I have no proof of it, it seems like it must be based on this. first, it focuses on the color blue, just like the song here. second, it's about feeling alone: "have you ever been alone in a crowded room?" maybe it's a coincidence, but either way it works perfectly.

This is why i love Scrubs, its so funny, yet so dramatic and serious
Like, you can learn any lesson in life, from one of the 182 episodes of Scrubs.
Each episode , you can take a life lesson from, as JD would say" Taking a slice of knowledge from someone else live, and applying it to my own."

I dont think people are meant to be by themselves. Thats why if you find someone you acutally care about, its important to let go of the little things. Even if you cant let go all the way. Becuase nothing sucks more than being all alone. No matter how many people are around.

this is such a good moment in scrubs and everyones right. im not in that situation but i used to be and i know its hard JD is right, being alone sux. it really does so i feel sorry for anyone in this situation

being alone.. is like being in hell. this is true, nobody is meant to be alone. yet another one of scrubs tearjerker moments. i find it really powerful when J.D starts into the camera at the last moment... sad stuff...
