when i tilt the radioactive seamour sheep, it doesnt turn off :[ and I just got it too

@knocknak I'm sorry to hear that. I would go back to the store where you bought it and ask for a new one. If that doesn't work out you can simply unplug the USB cable to turn the lamp off and plug it in again to turn it on.
