Still play PSO. Excited as hell for PSO2. I got PSP2 Infinity, kinda sucks having it Japanese. But you start understanding it. Olga Flow is so much fun on PSP2I.
This guy was an absolute nightmare for my older brother and myself. We were both over level 100, and this guy was still annihilating us on Very Hard difficulty. The thing that really threw it for us was that technique he used to take one of us into his chest and replace us with Heath. We did discover a technique for countering that, but I can't remember what it is now

Ever noticed the creatures would float next to his shoulders and glew with purple energy b4 doing that beam or b4 olga flow becomes gold? then after that theyd float back down and attack.
@KelanMoto Yeah, he's got an attack that does that. I think it involves those two floating parasites that look like giant claws. If they are left alone, they charge up the attack or something, so you got to kill them fast.
I see people still like making up bullshit on how to obtain Dark Flow or whatever. Reminds me of these old internet posts about pokemon red, saying you could unlock mew by walking around a cetain area in a very particular patten for 2 hours.
omg this boss is so much fun when you play with another person. you are yelling at each like look out. then a rock falls on your partner and he dies and he is like all the way on the other side of the battle field so you gotta dodge rocks, olga flow, and those stupid baby things you run between flows legs lol and try to res your partner epic moments
Thumbs up if you kicked it's ass on Ultimate difficulty and took the DARK FLOW. (The DARK FLOW is the sword on its right arm. It can't be used to execute combos but when your health drops below 30% you can execute a special attack that casts a field wide grantz spell. Very cool)
@KIREEKPSO yes you can, but it is very rare. It is a 1/200 posibility you can get it. also there is a higher chance you will get the sword when you do a quest on ultimate, then fight him in the end.
@KIREEKPSO Continuation: with its special attack. I guarantee you WILL get dark flow if you beat Olga Flow on ULTIMATE ALONE with a high lvl HUNTER character 200 times the most. The drop rate is 1/200 not 0%. I'm not trying to argue with you, but just try to do it with a hunter character, you will get it. I know defeating olga flow 200 times on ultimate is a pain in the ass, but dark flow is worth it. Its very powerful and its special is mad nice.
@KIREEKPSO Ok, if someone doesn't sell,exchange,trade,or give you dark flow for free, how do other people get it? Ask yourself that question? You can't just get it from a regular game, you need to get it from the bost. Where do you think the name dark flow comes from? It comes from the boss Olga Flow in Ep 2. Olga flow has that sword, but in a bigger version. When you do Olga Flow ultimate there is a 1/200 chance you will get dark flow. Dark flow is the miniture version of olga flow's sword.....
hacked items or specific server extra drops are not my consideration.
0% is the drop rate, it's in the GC disk saying so, hacking the item is not a legit way of getting it and quite honestly there isn't any legit way fo getting it at all.

Actually you grind the original sword(the very first green photon Sword you can get starting in caves on normal) to +99(that is its limit) then use Olga Flow DNA(forget the exact name for it)on it to create Dark Flow.You also do the same for shot and rod respectively for Dark Meteor and Dark Claw(if that is what it was called i forget).If you already knew this Kireek thats fine then this is for the other two morons who didnt know.

K...let me tell you something...It is true that the Claws are very easy to kill; However, Sometimes these bastards tend to hit you with some strage critical hit that even well equipped can take half of your hp, so how does that sound? still weak? i don't think so that is why when i see them i try to kill them quickly.

Sigh, you gotta feel sorry for Commander Flowen eh? I mean, his entire team was slaughtered by the Dark monsters, and he himself got infected, and was experimented on. Maybe in a way he actually wants the main character to fight him, you know, so he doesn't have to suffer anymore or something.
@Crim3onWolf That's usually how I thought about it too, His last wish was to warn Pioneer 2 and it's occupants. But the infection turned him into that thing. Well, safe to say the ones who experimented on him or tried to communicate with the alien being are either dead or delsabers by now.

I almost wish there was a PSO movie. Honestly... "Final Fantasy: The Spirit within" would of been better if it was "Phantasy Star: The Spirit within" The story would of mixed a bit better all they would of had to do was make a few adjustments to the plot. I mean the remains of a dead planet that spawns deadly creatures and these creatures feast on the souls o f those they come in contact with. I mean hell... The Dark Falz in the opening cenematic even looks like a monster from that movie.
@SuMa002 i beat this guy with a Female elf mage, cant remember their class name, but anyway i beat dark falz on ult at lvl 101 and olga flow at 106. need lots of dragon or god hp and scape dolls to take the hits especially when he glows orange.
The Seabed level is an actual hell for a mage lol.
You might indeed carry more scapes but you need timing and patience to beat that guy off....if he turns you as flow and hes orange...well you cant hit him because it will hurt you instead. look at his pattern..if he start to charge up purple things well run for it!!!! these are deadly!
@TheRakion2 What you need to do, and hopefully this will help everyone who sees this, is you have to kill his little friends first; that will help dramatically. Watch him, and also try to watch your character. If he turns an illuminated orange, you're going to take the damage you deal. (You'll also look like Heathcliff Flowen). throughout the fight, he will make the ground course with energy, drop rocks, summon friends, and will jump-slash at you. Watch him, and dodge accordingly.

@zaidelrulez if his mags are alive, they are your first priority. one is alive=yuor gawna die when he dp's. make sure they are dead at ALL times and have weapons that have percents for each type, one for native, one for aqua, one for machine, and one for dark. one with multiples is great too. attack him once when he turns red with each and see which one actualy hurts him, then you can unload

I remember doing weekend-long Seabed raids with 2 friends in Multimode. I used to idle and feed my Mag while Olga tear'd them a new rear hole, then wondered how everyone died and went *poke poke* on Flow with my Tier1-Rifle. xD

One of these days, I'm going to take one of my characters into Normal Seabed at level 100+, just for shits and giggles, and get hit by Olga Flow's Divine Punishment attack, and see just how damaging that shit is.
I will do it in tribute to the various stories of triple-digit level characters I've heard getting knocked down to critical HP levels by that attack on Normal difficulty. I believe every single one of those stories, too. I just want to try it myself for the lulz.
I tried that one private server SSBHACK or whatever, but they are infected with a massive virus. Everytime I download the files my computer crashes and about 50 virus's pop up....
I can say that the problem is beetween the keyboard and the chair, most exe files may have the ability to overwrite info on other files (including the exe itself) that's why the antivirus picks it up, all files there are safe, it must be something else.
As for choosing that server to play pso bb, i believe you made the decision based on the population there and unfortunatly it's one the worst communities i know
That's good. I figured you were level 70-80 at the time you were fighting Normal Olga Flow instead of being Level 47. Good job regardless. Wait until you face Olga Flow in Very Hard and Ultimate... He's REALLY tough there.
I still can't beat this guy on NORMAL! Yeah, I'm still a noob...apparently...It used to be me (RAmarl lv 70~80) and my older brother (RAmar lv 60~75) teamworking the shit out of everything, and now he doesn't play the game with me much...he's too busy playing...WORLD OF WARCRAFT! >:( Now it's just me...and though I keep trying to kill Olga Flow by myself on normal, I can't...it's difficult fighting by yourself. I don't even have online on PSO either...sucks...
No matter WHAT difficulty you are in, Olga Flow can be a bitch, and can easily kill you with his Divine Punishment beam attack. You should ALWAYS bring a scape doll or two just for that attack alone. Unless you are at a VERY high level, it can kill you at full HP.
His Divine Punishment is fucking BRUTAL, no matter what difficulty you're in. The effect of that attack can be lessened by knocking out his mags. His other attacks hurt, too, but they should be somewhat survivable at your level.
Then again, I rarely fight Olga Flow, especially because I HATE the Seabed, because of all the difficult monsters (Sinow Zoas, Sinow Zeles, Delbiters, etc), so I don't know how helpful my advice will be.
But in any case, ALWAYS bring scape dolls for Olga Flow, no matter what difficulty you are in. Every one of his attacks hurt, and some of them can EASILY kill you, especially Divine Punishment.
Yes, I know that using a Handgun is the BEST way to fight Olga Flow, but the guy I was answering might not have. Also, I can think of at least one occasion where his Divine Punishment killed me, even when I was fighting from a distance. That's why I NEVER fight Olga Flow without Scape Dolls.
I personally liked the VR areas. It's Seabed that annoys me. I just took my Level 116 Humar into Ultimate Seabed recently, and the first Dolmolm I saw crit'd me for 2/3rds of my HP. So... yeah.
Oh, by the way, do you know where I can find control center music uploaded by this guy? If there is any "control center only" music, that is. I can't seem to find it anywhere.
I also can't find the 2nd form ep1 ruins boss music, if there is any unique music for that one.

The music that you're looking for in the central control area is Jungle ~a lush load~. I thought you were talking about the Control Tower quest. And the music that plays during the first two forms of Dark Falz is Pray, for 'IDOLA' the distorted. The music doesn't change in between the first two forms.
So how far have you gotten into the game? Just wondering. There is unique music for the final form of Dark Falz. It's called "Cry, for IDOLA the holy". It's easily one of the best tracks in the game, and I say this as somebody that likes almost the entire PSO soundtrack.

Control center music? You mean the fight before Gal Gryphon? Its the same music as the other places, so check the jungle/seaside/mountain music. If you mean the SEABED, the name of the music is Abysmal Ball.
Ep1 ruins boss? I dunno, check the IDOLA musics. I believe it begins with "Pray, for Idola the "something".

Exactly. That's why I'm a RAmarl. I can't use hunters because for one, bosses are usually either too far away for swords or so big that they can step on you...And actually, my RAmarl's at 46, not 60...that was apparently my MAG's level...
God did I live on this game for such a long time. Olga could rape you even if you were lvl 100 specially when he walks on top of you. Plus the ending theme for Ep2 was just beautiful
Man, I wish I could see L49 fight Olga Flow. He's got level 70-something RAcast that could do the job. If I fought him with my level 28 HUcast, I would get killed, even on normal. XD Just a side note, he refuses to fight Olga Flow. Anyways, Olga Flow 1 & 2 = Best music in PSO. No doubt about it.
On Very Hard I beated Dark Falz with my HUmar at lv69 without problems but then I fight versus olga flow in the first time on Hard with my friends and he killed my friends and myself with just one hit. It was so terrible.
The reason for this is because Ep.2 is a step UP from ep.1 Ep. 2 was made to be played after Ep. 1. Everything is much more challenging in 2 than 1 because its MEANT to be challenging, if you switched between eps, and have the same challenge you had in ep. 1, you wouldn't have much to do. Also, a bit more effort was put into ep. 2, notice the increase in graphics and the challenges each level brought. It's like an expansion for every game, to make it harder than the previous.
Gosh man, so many good memories of truly EPIC boss battles with Flow and Falz on Ultimate! The only other game on which I have spent as much time as PSO is Team Fortress 2. God I miss this game! Please Sega make a worthy successor to this game and I'll gladly pay the hunters license!!!
This is by far my favorite boss of ANY game ever played to existence. God, I can't wait to get my laptop. So much PSO going be played.

I almost wish there was a PSO movie. Honestly... "Final Fantasy: The Spirit within" would of been better if it was "Phantasy Star: The Spirit within" The story would of mixed a bit better all they would of had to do was make a few adjustments to the plot. I mean the remains of a dead planet that spawns deadly creatures and these creatures feast on the souls o f those they come in contact with. I mean hell... The Dark Falz in the opening cenematic even looks like a monster from that movie.

@SuMa002 i beat this guy with a Female elf mage, cant remember their class name, but anyway i beat dark falz on ult at lvl 101 and olga flow at 106. need lots of dragon or god hp and scape dolls to take the hits especially when he glows orange.
The Seabed level is an actual hell for a mage lol.

You might indeed carry more scapes but you need timing and patience to beat that guy off....if he turns you as flow and hes orange...well you cant hit him because it will hurt you instead. look at his pattern..if he start to charge up purple things well run for it!!!! these are deadly!

@TheRakion2 What you need to do, and hopefully this will help everyone who sees this, is you have to kill his little friends first; that will help dramatically. Watch him, and also try to watch your character. If he turns an illuminated orange, you're going to take the damage you deal. (You'll also look like Heathcliff Flowen). throughout the fight, he will make the ground course with energy, drop rocks, summon friends, and will jump-slash at you. Watch him, and dodge accordingly.

@zaidelrulez if his mags are alive, they are your first priority. one is alive=yuor gawna die when he dp's. make sure they are dead at ALL times and have weapons that have percents for each type, one for native, one for aqua, one for machine, and one for dark. one with multiples is great too. attack him once when he turns red with each and see which one actualy hurts him, then you can unload

as far as i remember olga flow WAS the HARDEST boss in the whole game i was a Force the spellcasters if i remember their group name well lvl 120 with spells way beyond powerfull n all and the motherf***er dont wanted to die oh idola was a b*tch too XD guess i needed a party haha

One of these days, I'm going to take one of my characters into Normal Seabed at level 100+, just for shits and giggles, and get hit by Olga Flow's Divine Punishment attack, and see just how damaging that shit is.
I will do it in tribute to the various stories of triple-digit level characters I've heard getting knocked down to critical HP levels by that attack on Normal difficulty. I believe every single one of those stories, too. I just want to try it myself for the lulz.

I tried that one private server SSBHACK or whatever, but they are infected with a massive virus. Everytime I download the files my computer crashes and about 50 virus's pop up....

I can say that the problem is beetween the keyboard and the chair, most exe files may have the ability to overwrite info on other files (including the exe itself) that's why the antivirus picks it up, all files there are safe, it must be something else.
As for choosing that server to play pso bb, i believe you made the decision based on the population there and unfortunatly it's one the worst communities i know

I still can't beat this guy on NORMAL! Yeah, I'm still a noob...apparently...It used to be me (RAmarl lv 70~80) and my older brother (RAmar lv 60~75) teamworking the shit out of everything, and now he doesn't play the game with me much...he's too busy playing...WORLD OF WARCRAFT! >:( Now it's just me...and though I keep trying to kill Olga Flow by myself on normal, I can't...it's difficult fighting by yourself. I don't even have online on PSO either...sucks...

No matter WHAT difficulty you are in, Olga Flow can be a bitch, and can easily kill you with his Divine Punishment beam attack. You should ALWAYS bring a scape doll or two just for that attack alone. Unless you are at a VERY high level, it can kill you at full HP.
His Divine Punishment is fucking BRUTAL, no matter what difficulty you're in. The effect of that attack can be lessened by knocking out his mags. His other attacks hurt, too, but they should be somewhat survivable at your level.

Then again, I rarely fight Olga Flow, especially because I HATE the Seabed, because of all the difficult monsters (Sinow Zoas, Sinow Zeles, Delbiters, etc), so I don't know how helpful my advice will be.
But in any case, ALWAYS bring scape dolls for Olga Flow, no matter what difficulty you are in. Every one of his attacks hurt, and some of them can EASILY kill you, especially Divine Punishment.

Yes, I know that using a Handgun is the BEST way to fight Olga Flow, but the guy I was answering might not have. Also, I can think of at least one occasion where his Divine Punishment killed me, even when I was fighting from a distance. That's why I NEVER fight Olga Flow without Scape Dolls.
I personally liked the VR areas. It's Seabed that annoys me. I just took my Level 116 Humar into Ultimate Seabed recently, and the first Dolmolm I saw crit'd me for 2/3rds of my HP. So... yeah.

The music that you're looking for in the central control area is Jungle ~a lush load~. I thought you were talking about the Control Tower quest. And the music that plays during the first two forms of Dark Falz is Pray, for 'IDOLA' the distorted. The music doesn't change in between the first two forms.

So how far have you gotten into the game? Just wondering. There is unique music for the final form of Dark Falz. It's called "Cry, for IDOLA the holy". It's easily one of the best tracks in the game, and I say this as somebody that likes almost the entire PSO soundtrack.

Control center music? You mean the fight before Gal Gryphon? Its the same music as the other places, so check the jungle/seaside/mountain music. If you mean the SEABED, the name of the music is Abysmal Ball.
Ep1 ruins boss? I dunno, check the IDOLA musics. I believe it begins with "Pray, for Idola the "something".

Man, I wish I could see L49 fight Olga Flow. He's got level 70-something RAcast that could do the job. If I fought him with my level 28 HUcast, I would get killed, even on normal. XD Just a side note, he refuses to fight Olga Flow. Anyways, Olga Flow 1 & 2 = Best music in PSO. No doubt about it.

On Very Hard I beated Dark Falz with my HUmar at lv69 without problems but then I fight versus olga flow in the first time on Hard with my friends and he killed my friends and myself with just one hit. It was so terrible.

The reason for this is because Ep.2 is a step UP from ep.1 Ep. 2 was made to be played after Ep. 1. Everything is much more challenging in 2 than 1 because its MEANT to be challenging, if you switched between eps, and have the same challenge you had in ep. 1, you wouldn't have much to do. Also, a bit more effort was put into ep. 2, notice the increase in graphics and the challenges each level brought. It's like an expansion for every game, to make it harder than the previous.

Gosh man, so many good memories of truly EPIC boss battles with Flow and Falz on Ultimate! The only other game on which I have spent as much time as PSO is Team Fortress 2. God I miss this game! Please Sega make a worthy successor to this game and I'll gladly pay the hunters license!!!
