i had a cheat code for all the weapons and i would always use disrupter, and that was the reason it burned out my TV, it would turn the screen white for a couple of seconds
It took me almost 2 and a half years to figure that out. I can't believe its so simple and I beat that level and the game on easy for the 1st time today.
oh ok, well i beat this game last week anyway. it took me like 7 years to beat the gladiator droid...then i finally beat him now im beating him everytime i fight him -_-...i hate how that works...
Although he may or may not have used the crouch thing, it is possible to have up to 14 disruptors by the time you get to the gladiator, if you collect every one in the levels before without using them. If it wasn't 14, then it was definitely at least 12. (on easy mode)

i think this game was among the best n64 games, it was underrated. sucks that it doesn't seem to play well on emulators.

i allways hated gladiator at hard :/ in easy, 6 disruptors and he is dead, but in hard...btw. great game..my record in this level is 5:42 minutes..

"bad gameplay" it doesnt mean that you played bad...
it means its difficult to control in this case
the person you play. "Dash"
It means the handling is bad not your gameplay

I heard you have to hold use/strafe button and look with the analog stick.

For N64, I think it's the Z trigger while moving the analog stick where you want to aim. It's been a while so forgive me if I'm wrong.

hold down crouch button for 15 seconds or until something happens. You should get 100 of all ammo, 100 health, and immortality.
