@willcal123456789 You can do this with a stock H2, they don't get as bad of gas millage as people think. I've pulled 17mpg in mixed city/hwy driving. The real test would be to see the tach in this shot though which I don't see, I can make a video of one showing 50+mpg so long as I don' thave to show you where the tach is during this.

@pauldy the camera glances over at the tach going up to 50 and its only at around 1300 rpm i believe. getting 17 mpgs at 1300 rpm is painful at the gas station for some with a foot that isnt a feather all the time. i get about 17 average in my truck(regular driving, not driving to save gas).

@codyfyfe When it catches the tach at 1300rpm the average mpg has drastically dropped from 21mpg to about 17mpg. I've since played around with my rig and figured out how to replicate. Get your vehicle below 1/4 tank reset the trip while rolling and watch your rig show you at 20+ mpg.

Why can't america import european cars to the US? Hundreds of cars available in Europe that do 50, 60, 70, 80 even up to 90 MPG!

But we pay over $10 a US gallon for fuel so it's no surprise!

WTF Americans instantly ask about crashing whenever you mention MPG, WHY? every car in Europe that does over 60 MPG that i was referring to are ALL 5 start safety, the maximum you can get. My car admittadly is only 3 star, but the design is 5 years old. I got 82 MPG the other day (see my vids) which is 68 miles per US gallon. The next thing you'll be saying is "yea but can it tow a massive trailer?" Small diesels are more efficient and use a lot less fuel - FACT.

i got a 4.0 litre and i tow half the rainforest in a trailer wherever i go because i love the low gas milage. Also if you gas is $14 dollars per gallon and you get 61 miles per gallon thats 4.357 miles per dollar and my gas cost $1.48 per gallon and i get 17 mpg that means i get 11.4864 miles per gallon which i smore bang for my buck ;]

Even if you did get 82 mile per gallon and your gas was $10 dollars as you said previously. Youd still only be getting 8.2 miles per dollar which is still not as good as mine.

Well like i said, you're fuel is too cheap and it encourages people to waste fuel and not consider the environmental cost etc. Would you still drive your truck if fuel was $14 to $18 a gallon? probably not. People should be looking at how far a gallon of fuel lasts rather than the cost per mile. With our low fuel prices at the moment ($6 a gallon) if i got 68 MPG it would still cost me 8 cents a mile.

I agree with your point. America should improve the gas mileage of the cars, but its no the citizens fault. We have no control over how are gas quality is, how our vehicles are made or how well or vehicles are on gas. We just are along with the ride, if we could make a difference as citizens we would. once again i agree with your point

Yes this is where you guys have been ripped off, the government has kept fuel prices very low, but they've also kept mileage figures down in order to benefit from all the profits. Ok so our cars are very good on fuel, but thanks to our greedy government charging 70% tax on fuel alone, and over $6 a gallon, that makes up for it. Still, i think people are now realising all of this and change is upon us...hopefully!

I will just run off of old veggie oil that Chinese restaurants are happy to give away free so they do not have to pay a fee, McDonald will also do the same, save them money, and I get free fuel

I don't care much for economy anymore now, petrol has dropped to $6 a gallon in the UK so i just bought a 500 Abarth! Very fast, amazing handling and yet someone i know who has the same car got over 50 MPG in it too! Good all rounder then, but not for off roading! Check my channel, see what you think.

wow really good fuel mileage try putting a pertua motor oil it help to improve to lost the friction and that means the engine will take lesser gas and to improved cooler engine and even there is no oil the engine will still move but treat your engine first with pertua motor oil 5--10 min

The electronic Fuel economy is usualy a couple points off. When Im on the highway with my Legacy it will state that I am getting 31mpg. Even after driving for 300 miles and when I fuel up again it will actualy use about 29mpg
