How to copy music on a Zune to any pc with Zune software.

If you want to copy MP3s that are listed in a ZUNE playlist to another folder or e.g. smartphone use ZUNPLEX instead (search for it in zuneboards forum)

I want to thank you so much! There were other explanations of how to do this that were ridiculusly complicated and made no sense (especially in light of this simple one).

But I would think there's a way to move the entire content of the player to the colletion in one shot. I read somewhere that you can drag the Zune icon to the computer icon, but I don't see a way to do that.

ok i know how to put it in a folder....or at least it worx for meh............ 1.plug zune to comp 2. open software 3. copy songs to the collection (by right-clicking) 4.go to SETTINGS (on the top of window) 5.go to DEVICE 6 got LINKING 7.click the third button (should be CHANGE STATUS) 8. follow instructions/edit changes 9. sync your zune to pc.... to make sure it worked go to My Documents/My Music/Zune (folders) all the music currently on your zune should be copied to ya PC
