i haven't play this game for a long time..I'm not pretty sure how did i found him, but i guess, u have to beat all the Slasher(Both Downhill and Hillclimb)from all the course first("The Emperor" from this course too).After u beat "The Emperor(迅帝)", there'll be some challengers challege u on this course(I'm not sure is before or after),and after these battles, the "Emotional King" will come and challeges u.

hey man, i have tokyo extreme racer drift (same thing) so i guess kaido battle has the pantera than. the japanese version looks so much more fun, i wish the american version had the pantera! anyway, do you know how to beat rival 104(i think his name is G-shift or something) because other than emotional king, he's the only one i havn't beaten yet! (AND HE WONT SHOW UP!)
simply keep chekin the PA daily he'll pop up he got an sti so be careful wit him...theres an emotional king in TXRD?!?!?!?!?i thought after G-shift there's no1 else to race i been buyin and tuning cars since then...i beat them all and no1 has appeared u sure theres an emotional king in the american version??

The yellow Pantera is the Emotional king of TXRD1. The black EVO 3 is the present emotional king, but he's not in TXRD1.
