  • You couldn't be more right! I suffered with lower back issues for about 5 years. I tried yoga and various back exercises; but it was the wheel that saved my life. I strengthened my back enough to do 15 to 20 reps, going all the way down to an almost flat position. I've been doing this for about a year; 2X a week for 3 sets each time. I feel 15 years younger!

  • your back should be slightly bent and arms straight in order to lower the risk of back pain when you roll in and out. i.e a crunch motion.
