For everyone who has epilepsy, there's just a small amount of people who do have seizures triggered by what they see (flashing lights or colors). And there are people who have not had any history of seizures and have not been diagnosed with epilepsy, yet. So instead of saying anything like "Do not watch if you have epilepsy or are prone to get seizures", just say, "Caution, this video may cause seizures". By saying this instead, more people will be interested and encouraged to watch your videos.
this is the closest thing i can find to what i saw at 4am 2 nights ago...i was so glued to the screen. i really wish i could find the real thing...ridiculous how unheard of and undiscovered this seems to be. it was majestic.
