@dan290786 Moron....football isn't just about having good skills, that's a TINY part of it on the pitch. Rooney is a better finisher, better team player, faster...stronger and one of the best passers in the world. Suarez beats him only on skill, Rooney beats him in every other department - as he does Ronaldo (apart from pace and skill).
Rooney is a far more rounded player, Suarez is brilliant but not better than Rooney lool.

Nothing wrong with living in the past if Kenny get us playing like the great teams of our past.....which he is gradually doing. Suarez could have gone elsewhere but he chose to come to LFC - a team currently out of the top 4 of the table and out of the champs league with limited funds. Now you have to ask yourself why ? @woodland1985 Maybe you Englishmen see it different but in Europe Liverpool is one of the best characteristic clubs around, they are one of the best clubs in history while a club like Chelsea always was the underdog but because some wild foreign man with a lot of money came things changed. Chelsea can have the better squad but will never have the same class and fans such as teams like Liverpool. I've no doubt at all that Suarez is already a more rounded player than Torres has or ever will be, this guy could well be awesome for LFC, we've not begun to strengthen the midfield or defence yet, just wait until we do, with Kenny as our manager the good times may well be coming back and sooner than I thought, give Kenny a long term contract and give him the funds in the Summer, we won't need to spend over £200 million like Man City though, not even close, £50 million net should do it. YNWA!!
