oh how cool! they completely stole the idea from linux beryl and put in a windows web browser.
awesome.
i mean i bet people are getting paid huge money for this, but the guys that really need the money are the people who thought of it and made it open source for linux.
3D Browsers like this are annoying. When I do a search on the internet, I want to quickly be able to look at all the links to find the most relevant site for what I am looking for and not be forced to go through a list that is blocking my view. This 3D browser maybe helpful for something ( I can't think of anything right now ) but I would much prefer a good old basic 2D one please.
There was a fully 3D version of the web browser too, but people complained they prefered 2D. The new version for CES has full 3D browsing if you don't double-click the item anyway.
I guess it will go well with the Elive desktop know I don't like Elive expect donations before you download it - Elive is not in the spirit of Open Source/Free Software
useless

Just watching your video review, that 3D browser sux. I might consider trying it when it comes out a few more versions down the line.

good and fair review)
used and still use Opera- really a browser. not a "game" like this one, not a web-service like Chrome.

The video forgot mention that it takes a lot ram and will slow down your computer.

Spacetime was a search engine.
It actually helps looking at the page instead of clicking links.
Also, you forgot Chrome motherfucker.

@TheRealYoda1 haha yea so true. i just got chrome. it's waaaaay faster and unlike opera it actually renders pages correctly.

I can't see what's the difference between this & tabbed browsing except that this is very hard on computer memory.
BTW dude, you mentioned that you liked the image search mode. Have you tried PicLens? I think that it is waaay better that this!

i think this kind of browsing is only useful when you're having a mini touchscreen in you kitchen?

3D browsing reduces the visible information, which is counter productive during a search.

I feel that the main draw back would definantly be resource hogging which would lead to a slower browsing experience.
Bad idea.
