@franzizcoz A set up like that would probably run you around 35 grand or so. just a small turbo with about a 100rwhp adder would cost you probably anywhere from 5-10 grand
There's noting to prove this huge horsepower claim. The wheels would have spun off the rollers with that kind of power... The block will also fail long before anywhere approaching 1000 bhp of power. JUN Auto's 350Z which competed in the Silver State Challenge (& was rolled at close to 180 mph) made 800 bhp with a 3.8 full built forged stroker kit. So you're saying you make 1000 bhp with a standard block? hahahaha!!
We did the 3.5 because we want to explore its limits as we feel that most customers will be using a 3.5. The new drag racing suspension is very firm in the rear. We shall see how it does at the track next month when the tracks open!
Wow. Nice numbers. How come you guys didn't do a stroker motor? Also, how stiff is that rear suspension since there's very little squat with that much power.
