Maggots don't burrow themselves. They only eat the dead tissues, witch is why they are used in the medical field, they won't eat living tissues. Say someone is on the verge of having an amputation of the leg, if they receive maggot therapy they could save thy persons leg just by eating the wounds dead tissues.

Um, isn't this in malaysia or somewhere? Where docs still make house calls and the maggot method is still used if people cannot afford or are opposed to amputation. 1) Fail aseptic technique. Why just mere clean gloves? Wear sterile gloves man. (I would know. I use them all the time)

2) I think Doctors would do a debridement to remove the large portions of dead tissue first.

3) As far as I have understood, you do not put hydrogen peroxide prior to removing ALL the maggots. Plain NSS would do better. Hydrogen peroxide just risks killing the maggots and it probably may explain why you had trouble getting them off.
