I've heard that the MAC 109 sheds like crazy too.

it does shed, but the brush is still spectacular! I love it and plan to buy another one. I still want the cheaper version just to compare...lol

I don't own any MAC brushes so I don't know how they are. W/this terrible economy, it just isn't feasible to spend $42 on a brush (187 which I really want) you know? I'd still love to try it out though! ^_^

I've never been to a cco b/c the only one is WAY out in the burbs.....like 40 some miles from Chicago and I have no way to get there..... -_-

my ss109 sheds like crazy. my ss188 is still growing on me. I don't own any mac brushes so I don't know how they compare, but I think these will be my only sigma brushes. I'll still to coastal scents and ELF brushes.

I guess we're in the same boat lol...but i like them. I have a few mac brushes, but I love my sonia kashuk and elf brushes.
