Newark lays off 168 police officers in the month of November and their trying to reduce crime. Place is worse off now than it was just a couple of years ago.

They say they are trying to fix the city,well the 1st step to fixing the/a city is to fix the Politian & Police corrouption of the city.You fix that,and you will see improvement.Citizens attitudes & emotions stem from politics of the city & how the people are delt with.When its ok for police to carry drugs in the trunk of their patrol cars & put those drugs on the citizens at will,the problem is now the Mayor's.
