i work for a big lots distuber ware house were we ship out all products to the stores across the united states......wbbp (worlds best bargin place) it sucks!!!!
There are no bins whatsoever at my Big Lots :( For awhile they had a couple of good things like Revlon Super Lustrous Lipsticks...but other than that, they've never had anything good. They have a little wimpy basket, but they just have the same products in there but all of it's broken...
i dont know why so many people are hating on this video. all she is doing is showing where to find stuff in the store. she said nothin about it being messy. she didnt complain about the clear bins so chill out. dang. anyways, i liked the video. i am going to big lots today in search of some nyx and elf stuff so hopefully i know where to find it now :)

i work at a big lots, and the reason why that is in bins is because those are Eckard products and they dont have a hundred of everything so they can merchendise it right.
but they have to keep all of that stuff in bins to keep up with it for inventory.
how hard is it to look in a clear bin, i can do it, so can you. there not just gonna hand it to you and ask you if you want it!

As of today I officially fucking hate Big Lots. I found 10 4 pack's of juicy fruit there for only 3.50. My dad put it in the shopping cart. When we were checking out, the dumbass cashier apparently didn't ring it up. We were in a hurry and did'nt notice. Resulting in us not getting it. I got home looked in the bags and saw no gum. Bad service = bad store.

I'm from northern CA. I'm not sure I understand your question, so just comment again if I don't answer it . You can find Big Lots locations by searching on-line. The clearance products are not always there. I think they might do a buyout maybe once or twice a year, so I just find out about these great deals because I shop at Big Lots from time to time. just moved into a new apartment with no furniture. heard big lots had a 20% coupon online that they offer. I joined the buzz club in july but no coupon. anybody know another way to get one ???
i work for big lots and the only way you can the 20% is that you go into the store get the buzz club rewards card tell the to look you up by your email in their computer once they find you they will scan the card and you are ready to go, you have to make purchases of $20 or more in your first 10 visits then the 11th visit you get the 20% in the entire store hope this helps
@ecftube they only send coupons out for 20%off for friends and family twice a year with the buzz club you have to make 10 purchases of $20 or more to get 20%off hope this helps I work there so I know about what you are talking about.Make sure you have got your rewards card so that you can get your purchases and get ur 20% off.hope this helps

You don't really know in advance. I know they don't have them that often, and when they do have a clearance section, it can be anywhere in the store. I don't know of any recent buyouts, but I'm always constantly checking every now and then. Thanks for watching!
Hi! When you go to the register to buy the things you want do they enter it manually or do they scan it? I ask this b'cuz the other day I went to Biglots and picked out about 50 makeup clearance items from those bins and the clerk manually entered them instead of scanning, which I thought was a scam. I left it all there, didn't buy anything : (
The actually have to manually enter each item. It's a pain for the clerks, but that's what has to be done with all of the clearance items that came from a drugstore closeout. So, it's not a scam at all. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!

I did go to Biglots about 15 min. ago and they do enter them manually, which is a bummer bcuz most of the stuff in the bins are not ticketed real cheap.for example I wanted an eyeshadow stick from Maybelline and she charged me $5.99 and just took off 50%, which 2 me is a rip-off. Oh well, i guess I'll just have to wait & see when they have a 90% off sale : (

Big Lots is one of those stores that dont always get the same items on shipments. They get "closeout", "past season", "overstock", "buy out" items. I go sometimes and find AMAZING finds with great prices, and other times there is absolutely noting for me. Also, keep in mind they get cosmetics from drug stores that a customer may have opened/tampered with, so check it carefully before purchasing.
I don't really know, although I hope they do a buyout again. The only thing is that there has to be a store closing down that needs to clear their inventory first.

Sadly, went to Big Lots last night...and I looked everywhere for the clearance section :[. I did get the Essential Tools Kabuki Brush for 5 bucks and a Maybelline Eyeshadow I randomly found for 1 dollar. I'll check in two weeks maybe.

Big lots only has the drug store buy out once in a while they don't get that stuff every week like the normal stock it starts with 10percet off the stops at 90 percent off org price

The problem at my big lots was that the cosmetics on sale were in tiny little bins on the bottom shelf of one of the very random isles. It was very difficult to find and when I did find it I was very disappointed with the quality of the packages. They were carelessly thrown together in random order and a lot of the boxs were ripped and discolored. However, it's very worth it for the products that are marked down from $10 to $1! It's insane.
Update on my last comment: I went to big lots about two days after I posted that last comment. They had transitioned all of their clearance items (otherwise known as where the nyx, milani, etc. is) into a particular isle that has a big "clearance" sign above it. There was almost nothing in the isle, and when I asked about clearance makeup, the woman directed me to the makeup isle, I explained that's not what I was looking for and at that point she got very rude with me. I ended up leaving. =(
hah i actually had a dream about looking through bins for cosmetics at big lots last night, lol i've never actually looked for the bins in real life but im hopeing tomarrow i can!
I was so excited when i found this video. Because i had just been at my big lots for the first time and only went to the make up section. So i went back after having to wait for it to open. I walked the store three times, there isn't one clearance isle or place for a single product they have. :( However i did get one eyeliner brush for a dollar. I wish there was more in my area.But i'm sure this is helpful to more than not.

I am a cashier at Big Lots. And the "Clearance" items are no rung like our regular merchandise. And, I know how much you people love bargains. But when we get people like you that bring up carts full of that stuff. We just have that UGHHH feeling because we have to go through 3 screens on our registers, and manually enter each item.
tinyxcore... Last Saturday night I stopped at one in the town I was visiting and found a great haul of NYX stuff..and when I got to the counter the cashier was VERY rude. I guess now I know why. However, as I was walking out, I spotted a manager and told her that her cashier needed to work on her people skills cause she was rude as hell. I suggest that you get over it and work on your people skills as well if you don't want people like us who love Big Lots finds complaining about YOU.
i hadda go to big lots rite away! (today!) haha. and i went before and went to the makeup section; and NADA, but after seein this/ i found the clearance area and went thro the bins; they actually hadd shoppin baskets; and i did find sum deals!!! a bunch of elf products; found ONE nyx lip gloss =( i wantd eye colors but NOPE none; and i got a brush set and 50 lip gloss set for only 2.99 !!!!! hello raine.. well this is what happened to me today i went to 2 big lots and ya i did see the those bins...and i went thru everything...y emtied them out put them back in and nothing....=(....yea there was makeup but it was all sticky and broken n what i was looking for was a POSH brush and no luck im soooo depressed and sad...=(..because i cant afford a relly expensive one...but...hopefully someday i find one!!!....thanks so much for the vid it did help me find the bins =)..take care =)

I totally agree. I've seen some Physician's Formula and Milani products at Big Lots. You are so correct about it being super messy and in huge baskets. Your videos are extremely helpful!

Hi! For Big Lots, it just depends on what store they buy out...some of those stores may or may not have NYX so that's why you might never see those items at your stores. What state do you live in?

i actually went to big lots today and i didnt find much stuff that i was hoping to look for. i was hoping to find some posh brushes but all i found is a smudge brush, wedges, or puffs. however, i decided to try these brushlab brushes and theyre pretty okay. i did find tons of milani stuff, but i didnt get any.

The stuff in the clearance section are items they bought from a drugstore closeout. Most of the stuff I bought were originally from Eckards, but when that store closed, Big Lots bought the last of their inventory. So that's why the clearance section is full of so many "random" things.

So on the money! I make sure to go when I'm not rushing, always take a basket (or two) to filter the non-makeup items. There are times where I've left the "good" stuff in a basket for people/friends I couldn't get a hold of to find later.
My latest finds were the Posh brushes and nail stuff!

Sadly, went to Big Lots last night...and I looked everywhere for the clearance section :[. I did get the Essential Tools Kabuki Brush for 5 bucks and a Maybelline Eyeshadow I randomly found for 1 dollar. I'll check in two weeks maybe.

The buyout was a pretty long time ago now, so I'm pretty sure most stores don't have the bins anymore. Basically these bins are only put out after they do a big drugstore buyout, and once all the stuff is sold, that's it until the next time they do another buyout.

OMG, ARE YOU SERIOUS?! THERES A CLEARANCE SECTION?! Haha sorry for the caps but I went to Big Lots five times already and ALWAYS go to the makeup section XD, I would stay there for an hour to stop an unexpected item on sale.
Tomorrow hopefully I'll try going there again, and LOOKING EVERYWHERE, don't care if the Big Lots people stare at me.

I dont know if it's because of the holidays or what but I can't seem to find the 90% off anymore. Did they stop doing it? They used to have the bins in the front of the stores.

Big lots only has the drug store buy out once in a while they don't get that stuff every week like the normal stock it starts with 10percet off the stops at 90 percent off org price

The problem at my big lots was that the cosmetics on sale were in tiny little bins on the bottom shelf of one of the very random isles. It was very difficult to find and when I did find it I was very disappointed with the quality of the packages. They were carelessly thrown together in random order and a lot of the boxs were ripped and discolored. However, it's very worth it for the products that are marked down from $10 to $1! It's insane.

Update on my last comment: I went to big lots about two days after I posted that last comment. They had transitioned all of their clearance items (otherwise known as where the nyx, milani, etc. is) into a particular isle that has a big "clearance" sign above it. There was almost nothing in the isle, and when I asked about clearance makeup, the woman directed me to the makeup isle, I explained that's not what I was looking for and at that point she got very rude with me. I ended up leaving. =(

I was so excited when i found this video. Because i had just been at my big lots for the first time and only went to the make up section. So i went back after having to wait for it to open. I walked the store three times, there isn't one clearance isle or place for a single product they have. :( However i did get one eyeliner brush for a dollar. I wish there was more in my area.But i'm sure this is helpful to more than not.

I am a cashier at Big Lots. And the "Clearance" items are no rung like our regular merchandise. And, I know how much you people love bargains. But when we get people like you that bring up carts full of that stuff. We just have that UGHHH feeling because we have to go through 3 screens on our registers, and manually enter each item.

tinyxcore... Last Saturday night I stopped at one in the town I was visiting and found a great haul of NYX stuff..and when I got to the counter the cashier was VERY rude. I guess now I know why. However, as I was walking out, I spotted a manager and told her that her cashier needed to work on her people skills cause she was rude as hell. I suggest that you get over it and work on your people skills as well if you don't want people like us who love Big Lots finds complaining about YOU.

(today!) haha. and i went before and went to the makeup section; and NADA, but after seein this/ i found the clearance area and went thro the bins; they actually hadd shoppin baskets; and i did find sum deals!!! a bunch of elf products; found ONE nyx lip gloss =( i wantd eye colors but NOPE none; and i got a brush set and 50 lip gloss set for only 2.99 !!!!! hello raine.. well this is what happened to me today i went to 2 big lots and ya i did see the those bins...and i went thru everything...y emtied them out put them back in and nothing....=(....yea there was makeup but it was all sticky and broken n what i was looking for was a POSH brush and no luck im soooo depressed and sad...=(..because i cant afford a relly expensive one...but...hopefully someday i find one!!!....thanks so much for the vid it did help me find the bins =)..take care =)

thnk u soOOoO much!! i was just browsing through my biglots and i saw these big tubs in this aisle in the bak and i was like OMG! no wayyy. theres not any nyx thats okay BUT i did find tonss of milani and rimmel. if it hadnt been 4 this id then i would even bothered lookin in those tubs. thnx again!

I totally agree. I've seen some Physician's Formula and Milani products at Big Lots. You are so correct about it being super messy and in huge baskets. Your videos are extremely helpful!

we dont have nyx at all in my sate like they dont sell here...well i dont think they do because i never see it anywhere at all! Do you think that they would still have NYX items? Maybe they just ship it where ever...

Hi! For Big Lots, it just depends on what store they buy out...some of those stores may or may not have NYX so that's why you might never see those items at your stores. What state do you live in?

i actually went to big lots today and i didnt find much stuff that i was hoping to look for. i was hoping to find some posh brushes but all i found is a smudge brush, wedges, or puffs. however, i decided to try these brushlab brushes and theyre pretty okay. i did find tons of milani stuff, but i didnt get any.

The stuff in the clearance section are items they bought from a drugstore closeout. Most of the stuff I bought were originally from Eckards, but when that store closed, Big Lots bought the last of their inventory. So that's why the clearance section is full of so many "random" things.

So on the money! I make sure to go when I'm not rushing, always take a basket (or two) to filter the non-makeup items. There are times where I've left the "good" stuff in a basket for people/friends I couldn't get a hold of to find later.
My latest finds were the Posh brushes and nail stuff!
