  • Funny, I have purchased two bows in the past that I thought would be good for bow fishing. I have yet to go :)

Glad you got a chance to give it a try. Fishing at night would make it even harder.

  • @Woodenarrows Hey friend....perhaps you should purchase third bow to get there LOL. You just have to try it , really it is fun!

I am waiting calm waters and free night to try it again. I hope i can find littlebit bigger fish. Greetings!

  • @sorbothane Actually in finnish waters and with finnish fish, it is easier at night. Fishes are kind of sleeping and when you point bright light to them, they dont know where to swim.... they are still and sort of blinded by this light. On summer and on daytime, you can fish too but there are rare those days when it is calm waters and bright enough to see fishes and our fishes are not huge

  • I think every change to the ,,normal target practise'' is welcome, but this looks in deed very exciting!

I'm looking forward to the big ones;)

  • @Lampi100 It sure is fun and exiting. Thank you friend. I will do my bes to find some bigger ( we dont have carps here but some pikes should be found )

  • Hey bro if you want to take some 50 to80 # fish give me a ring next spring as u can see I get lots of big fish . So I'll trade my fish for your skill lol have a great hunting season my frnd God bless you and your lovely fmly.

  • @MrHickerynut7 LOL..haha man that would be so nice to try to shoot your monster fish! God bless you and yours too!

  • good stuff

  • @peasantchurl Thank you!

  • Very cool!

Bow hunting is allowed here in Spain (at least in my area), but I think bow fishing is not legal here.

  • @miketalhoffer Are you sure? Here it is legal if you just pay some lisences for it.

  • @Trophybow1 Well, in Spain hunting and fishing are regulated by "autonomic administrations" (similar to the states in U.S.A.) and this makes it difficult to know what part of Spain is legal bowfishing and bowhunting.

I'm pretty sure bowhunting is legal in my area :) ,but the fishing laws ban a lot of instruments for fluvial fishing like harpoons and similars. I didn't find an explicit ban for bows but the word "similars" throws a lot of doubts about it. I will have to ask to the authorities.

  • @miketalhoffer Ok go for it. I hope you can find some aeria to try it because it is so much fun.

We had our first snow already and it has been so windy that i havent been able to bowfish lately. But as soon it becomes calm waters i would like to try it few times before lakes become frozen. Great day to you my friend!

  • i would love to have a go at bow fishing

  • @J0eMusty You have to try it someday!

  • Nice video my friend !

It is sure a big adventure with lots of fun : )

I can hardly wait for the big one to see some action . LOL

I wish it would be allowed here in Germany!

  • @wilsbow Thank you! I tro to catch the begger one.....with camera... (i need to get somebody to use the camera because it is difficult to do all by my self.)

  • well done..i have been wanting to try that here in Texas , it is legal on some species but not on sport or game fish . Good hunting be safe .

  • @mdw63 Thanks! I can recommend to try this, if you just can. It is fun. Take care!

  • Nice! I sooo want to go bowfishing some time. UNfrotunately illegal in Belgium..... -Nax

  • @NaxTactical Too bad it is forbidden but you should make some bowfishing trip to some country where it is legal :) Thank you for watching, friend.

  • @Trophybow1 Hmmm.... I think I will! Thanks man, -Nax

  • Were these your homemade arrows? Nice job!

  • @firebelliedtoad Actually this one was from the kit i bought but i will test my home made arrows next time, that is for sure :)

  • This was a great shot!

  • @alvinsproDUCTS Thanks!

  • Very nice video!

Unfortunately it's not allowed in Germany, otherwise I would give it a try!

    *thumbsup*

  • @Artus1972 Thats too bad. But you should try it someday in somewhere else if it just is possible. Thank you friend.

  • @Artus1972 You need to do it in night time. Then no one will see you. 8) Just kidding.

  • good job!!

  • @dogi4444 danke!

  • Another Great Day for Archery..Thanks for showing..we are baned from shooting fish in My area of Montana usa. Dont know why yet. I love to bowfish.

    Nice catch on the perch.

  • @CombatArchery Thats too bad. We can do it after we pay some national fishing licenses and also get permission from local fishing areas. National payment is 22 euros /year and this local payment is 3 euros. I hope they will allow it soon because this is relly fun. Thanks Bo for watching.

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMEEEEE

  • @jacksoncole79 LOL THAAANKKYYYOOOUUUUU!!! hahahah

  • Nice shot. It's really difficult to hit a fish under water.

  • @Griffonist Thanks buddy. Yes i guess you just have to shoot a lot and learn how the water changes the direction of the light. But it is fun, as you know :)
