  • English version the first web-site on police corruption in Russia.

    Look Dymovskiy web-site

  • Dymovskiy Is a real hero!

They will try to put him on a long time in prison. Or killed. They do not want the truth.

  • For every Rubble made by a corrupt cop 50-100 are lost through crime. It would be better to raise the cops wages and fight crime. Introduce a minimum wage and a basic welfare system so that people don't have to commit crimes out of poverty and you can reduce crime by 80% within the next 10 years.

It will cost but will be cheaper then the current system.

  • Подполковник Игорь Коныгин поддерживает Дымовского и рассказывает о коррупции см. на стр. без w zamirror ucoz ru/

    пробелы-точка

  • I' m russian. We want to see Dymovskiy on our television and discuss the reform! Only two channels showed him and criticized a lot. Maybe we should ask your president to tell Medvedev to show him on TV? Our television doesnt show our problems!

  • Having been to the CIS for the past 3 years I would love to see the Putin government get it's act together...which would then flow down to the police force, so it can be an example to the USA

Alexey Dymovsky. No a power struggle in the region. The a the corruption facts! superior leaders MVD In cities: Novorossiysk, Mocow name:

Chernositov, Rushid Nurgaliev, Kolokolcev, police of Russia steal stealed money from police Of their salary and made their to do work free payment vse. Traffic of slaves.

  • Corruption is the only way people like Putin, Medvedev and the like remain in power. (A legacy of the Soviet system.) The people are forced to remain unorganized against such corruption, the authorities are mired in the same corruption, cops do the bidding of the local administration and it chokes out liberty in Russia. Either they run out of bullets or people, but the country needs an overhaul to remove the criminal element that has become intertwined with business and politics.

  • He's warning Putin about corruption in the Russian Police ? That's like telling Satin about the 2nd coming of Christ.

  • I voted for both. They are not involved in the corruption and try to put an end to it though what they do is not enough. Whom would you offer to take their places?

This is not legacy of Soviet system. In USSR, most cops respected themselves and people around and were respected. Any Soviet officer would do what Dymovsky did if he saw the nightmare in nowadays police.

  • Putin is crime boss #1, all other thugs look up to him, even rap artists in Russia sing about how he's the gangster of gangsters. Cops were feared during the Soviet era, seen as informants to tell on those that had anti-Soviet affiliations. Perhaps that's a legacy that can be traced to the tsarist period as well, but cops in Russia are still being bribed so that criminals can maintain their activities. Common people bribe police so that they are not harassed by law enforcement. It's widespread.

  • 1. Where are you to tell me what's going on around? US? Then of course you know much. Fox News and rappers will tell you all you need to know.

    2. Don't mix cops and KGB (Russian CIA) which did spy on soviet citizens besides protecting the country from real threats.

    3. If you're looking for roots learn a little about 90's when those who couldn't be bribed were simply shot - or fired by their corrupt bosses if they were lucky. Who's responsible? I think Yeltsin.

  • You assume too much. Just b/c I'm in the US doesn't mean I'm misinformed on things going on in Russia. I don't need a propaganda tool like RT to tell me how to think. Is this the new PRAVDA? Or are you being kept in the dark so that criminals in power can remain in their positions? I know cops are not the KGB. Yeltsin is the scapegoat for all of Russia's problems. It's the lack of a developed civil society in Russia that has allowed the corruption to foment. Putin took the power from the people.

  • 'Putin took the power from the people'?

Yeltsin took it from people, in 1992-1993. He is indeed responsible for many problems from corruption in the police and in the army to Chechen wars. I would rather have communists at power than Yeltsin.

'lack of a developed civil society in Russia'

Agreed 100%. It only starts developing now.

  • RT is RT. I usually watch several channels before making my mind about anything, because EVERYONE is more or less biased. RT is less biased than many, so it's usually the second source in my list after AlJazeera.

'I don't need a propaganda tool like RT to tell me how to think'

Seems like you need it to tell the others how to think though

  • Putin isn't involved in that. That's why he is trusted. That's why major Dymovsky addresses him.

  • That's false trust in a leader. Already there is a lager outcry from the police force about corruption and public opinion will force Putin to do the right thing, rather than serve his criminal/business interests. If my opinions conflict with those that support RT, then it is because they are not telling the whole story or misleading viewers with skewed presentations. You can't expect the population to make informed decisions when they are not completely informed. The same is true anywhere.

  • 'they are not telling the whole story'

    Who does?

  • I guess it's best to get your news from a variety of sources to "fill in the gaps." But to suggest that a Kremlin-sponsored news outlet such as RT is objective reporting is laughable. You can see the strings Putin pulls with their story topics and lack of investigative reporting. To report on what is actually happening in Russia Today would put them on an endangered species list in Russia. Will there be any lasting reform from this last report? What does the average Russian think about this?

  • I don't know am I average or not but I think it's up to us citizens to decide if there will be strong actions from Putin. We should go on demanding investigation and changes in the whole structure so that he knows for sure his reputation depends on it. You know, Russian police is like Augean Stables and it takes Hercules to clean it. You can't just dismiss a dozen generals and consider the problem solved.

  • The question is where is the money coming from, who knows about it and are the police obsolete with oligarchs running with their own set of laws. When was the last time a Russian oligarch or mafioso was sentenced to life in prison? Those stables definitely need cleaning, but it's an ongoing process to fight corruption - it never ends. Remain vigilant.

  • to suggest that any separate news outlet such as RT is objective reporting is laughable

  • Russian TV have not showed his interview in Russia

  • Not much will occur since some powerful forces influence the police.

  • Wish something like this would happen in America, but as anywhere in the world... Where there are bad cops, there are good honorable cops.
