I have nothing but good things to say about the company. Great customer service and great product. The start up cost can be a bit high, but if you use the discount code "VAPEME" you can save 10%!! Why pass that up?
Ordered a Deluxe kit and PT from Bloog on Feb. 1, got them on the 7th. PT stopped working on the 8th, the PCC stopped working on the 10th. I emailed CS @ Bloog on the 18th, got a reply on the 23rd that they'd replace it. On March14th I'm writing them again to ask where my items are. Got a "Sorry Out of Stock can we send something else?" reply. So, far, Bloog is the worst vaping experience ever. I do NOT recommend them at all.
