It's just pressure from underneath. There wouldn't be any major flow or the water would be gushing out ahead of time. The covers are pretty heavy and if the pressure is strong enough it will rattle them a bit. occasionally they blow out, but if it's rattling you're good, but want to keep a distance. If you see water coming out, it might be best to get a bit more distance.

Pretty dangerous to be near them. Knowing from other vids, theres HEAVY FLOW under them that can burst them into a geyser anytime in heavy rain.
