In regards to bmcquire80 comments, a typical liberal statement, Dems get some credit for the economic mess, as far back as Clinton. He made is easier for unqualified home buyers to get mortgages, making up much of the toxic loans we now have.

Leave it to republicans to sit back and watch Bush absolutely wreck this country and it's economy for 8 years solid, and not make a peep about it. Now the MOMENT a new president gets in office and begins to at least try to clean up his mess, they have all this passion suddenly to yell about that. Hey, his plan to fix the situation may not be perfect, but please don't try to rewrite history about who created the situation.
