i have a question i have a monster cable which is the monster gaming

i pay 49 dollars. here is my problem when i play iron man 3 on my ps3

in the info shows is playing the movie as 1080 but at 24hz again is a bluray movie

and when i play how to train your dragon it plays at 60 hz how can i see my movies in 120hz if i get the 120hz hdmi cable will solve the problem can you get me an answer on how to get this problem solve thank you
