Our criminal justice system has a serious flaw inthat it treats female offenders so much more differently then male offenders. If a man had sex with a 10 year old boy or girl the public would be so outraged and demand his head,but this female was given a second chance to offend again and to me that is the greatest shame on the part of the judge. She should have been held without bail while waiting for trial.
