So I am making this for breakfast/lunch and the package of noori didn't say it was toasted or untoasted, all the other stated that they were toasted. I got it at Whole Foods, may i ask where you purchased yours?

You should slice your avacados thinly to help keep the roll neat instead of sloppy.
Also, if you get a chance to make some raw cashew cheese spread some of that on the nori sheet in place of the parsnip. It helps keep everything together in the roll and it also gives it a great balance of flavor. I use cashew cheese in my raw lasagna as well.
tamari is way better than braggs...i've heard some less than best things. how ever I love you and I'm sooo inspired by you making things that you see others make, you rock!
well, tamari isn't raw but nama shoyu isn't truly raw. as far a i know it is cooked??? but it's fermented? soy is something that's in small doses...I enjoy sun fire salt most!
You are doing i wicked job i love this video, i saw Johnnys first then yours, u are doing really great nice food prep looked so good, yummy. I was quite a fan of Bragg and still like there soy sauce it's great tasting non GMO and has no other ingredients on the label just soy beans from what i remember, but i stopped using it cause the plastic may have Bisphenol A (BPA), i hope it doesn't though. Would be great in glass though i suppose + raw if possible :)
This is sorta off topic... but i had fried seaweed (with hot pepper powder) in Thailand and it was very good. Not sure what they used to fry it in but it is definitely better than regular seaweed snacks I have had. Wasabi fried is decent too. lol
If you can get a bamboo sushi roller/mat like at a health food store or probably cheaper at an Asian (Korean/Japanese market), it may help your rolls. And maybe adding something binding and smooshy (normally would be rice) to fill up the roll. Anyway, I love your vids. Thanks!
i always wet the nori ... is that wrong? i dont like the way it is if its hard, i just wet it with alittle water:)

Thanks! I do like tamari, is there a raw kind?
I'm thinking about staying away from Bragg Liquid Aminos when I go raw.

Thanks! I've been to every health food store in Indianapolis and none of them have nama shoyu.
