My maschine mikro is stuck on a screen that says templates and it says default and ableton live i cant select f2:/ whats going on

mikro isnt working when i am in the program it doesnt see the mikro as able to turn on. why is that i have a pc and i tried everything is there anything i can do.. please help me...

somone help!!!! just got mikro today and i have a sound assigned to a pad and i hit it but it doesnt make noise but it shows that im hitting it so idk whats wrong!!??

@fitbikecofitbikeco check the audio options in the control panel (if using Windows).. There should be a problem with choosing the right audio output..

Ive just gone and ordered a maschine MIKRO, but i also want a keyboard for easier synth making... Iam thinking of buying the mikroKORG xl but i need to be sure that they are both able to work with eachother...
Can the microkorg be used with the maschine to produce music via the maschine groove production software
Also will i need an audio interface or not? PLEASE I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS... Thankyou :)
