HELP

I bought this phone today and I can't record videos with it.

There seems to be no menu option for capture video, it's like it doesn't exist.

Can somebody tell me how to capture video?

I'm a noob with these kind of things.

at the right side of the phone there's a switch at the top, you have to move that to change between photo, camera and a kind of picture viewer

In the left side of the phone, there is a switch with 3 positions, Photo/Video/Gallery Select video and press the shutter button.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP, i have this phone, and i have a 4gb memory card in it... and some of the stuff that i've inserted starting to change their names and file tipes, now i can't delete those things and my mobile phone is restarting it self when i try to enter some folders... help me, i know that it's some kind of a virus, but i don't know how to get it deleted... HEEEEEEEEEEEELP :(

The KU990 Only supports up to 2 GB memorycards. that may be the reason. I dont know, but I guess that would be the reason. Hope you get it fixed :D

it worked just fine until i've got the virus... now i can't delete the virus... and i think that phone is able to support up to 8gb... that was written on the box..

hmmm... I dont know. In my manual it said it only supported up to 2 gig. Have you tried to remove the memorycard?

You can put any card on the phone but you can only have 2GB free.

For example:

8GB card, you fill it up with videos and audio until it reaches 2GB free. That way the phone will read it.

Try to open the phone folders with "efs media builder" and run a virusscan on pc.
