That's unverified paranoia. There's no actual proof a fossil factory in northeastern China exists. As for your main argument, yes, there has been a few cases where sold fake fossils for houndreds of thousands of dollars. This doesn't undermine the theory of evolution, because they weren't even scientists. Just greedy liars.

Don't worry about what your father thinks. If you are confident in what you believe, he will be supportive of you, even if he disagrees. It's only if he sees you're not sure about what you believe that he will see the need to impose his own beliefs with you.

"do they not examine the scipture carefully? were it from anyone other than god, in it they would have found many contradictions". so ya, if god can create the universe, humans etc. cant he write a perfect book without contradictions? yes he can: the quran
