  • i just did 205* 49 times i did em sets of 10 at a time i give this dude props they looked good who ever is talking shit is probably some weak nerd hating period end of story...

  • the pants did it brah

  • that's fucking incredible,

  • He needs to lok it

  • u guys can talk crap saying they are half reps, bouncing, whatever fact is none of you guys behind your computer could come close to 50 reps of 225 in any way, shape or form.

  • he did half reps..

  • there was only 1 rep.. lol.. he's a wimp

  • I have never heard of a strength coach complaining about a little bounce. And if your repping and are locking your elbows out every time you will fuck something help guaranteed.

  • I counted one rep, number 50. You have to go all the way up. He's a beast, but he's bouncing it off his chest and doing a half rep. If he did full reps he'd probably still get 40.

  • No locking the elbows at the top, but man, I ain't complaining, this is a shitload of reps at 225

  • bounce central

  • @Guada1upeCruz yea he bounced it quite a bit but 50 reps at 225 is still impressive

  • Im a sophmore i can do 225 max:/

  • @blackbone330.. That's prolly the dumbest analogy iv heard

  • big

  • Man FML!! I struggle with 175 and this guy man handled 225 like a drunk dad who beats his daughter

  • And I felt good cause I got 18.

  • @shiron236 Gtfo, I can bench 185 with a regular bench and 195 with a smith. I've been lifting for around 3 yes now. So GTFO.

  • @Clear4GPromo I hope you are a woman or haven't hit puberty yet.

  • This is not 225, much like 205, the bar itself is 15 pounds not 45.

  • @Clear4GPromo

nah that is an olympic bar its 225

  • @Clear4GPromo Clearly, you have not lifted or lifted at a proper gym.

  • I don't think I can do 225 once...

  • hes a beast! Im gonna be like that one day doing this 20 times at 16 30 more reps to get up to.....

  • i am not sure if this kind of high repetition sets are good or even a good proof of anything... ...sure he will lift more than a guy who does 20+ like me but it can very well be that a 45 guy can have a better 1rm than a 50 rep guy... ...also those were not all the way up - resting the triceps... ...a powerlifter used to lift with a shirt who is trained for it would probably have a very different style while doing this very same set...

  • @TheYouwontgetit

It depends I did 185 for 16 reps and my friend can only do it for 10 and yet he can do more reps of 225 than I can I get only 3 and he does 5.

  • @broskiskunk Endurance and strength are completely different things. Do some research about this if you want to find out the truth :D

  • holy shit

  • Your a strong dude no doubt, but your just bouncing that off your chest

  • @verano29 This is actually probably some of least amount of bouncing I have seen in this time of situation. Most NFL combine benches look like nothing but bounching 225.

  • what's your name? Buh

  • shitty ass range of motion this should count for about 15 real reps

  • @rickeyhenderson88 ...why because he didn't do the easiest part of the lift... lol

  • I can only do that once

  • i remember when i first tried bench pressing...

  • i think i can barely do just the bar for 50 reps... going to try it next time

  • hell if i can hit 1/5th of his set

    id be happy

  • holy crap that dude is big

  • Well, all I have is 300 pound weight set. I am 41 and I weigh 215 pounds.I can bench 300 about 7 times, 275 like 13 times, 225 I can do a set of 20. And I dont bench often, just once a week if I'm lucky. I should get more into it....

  • @RobBurtonGuitar you should frequency method your way up to 50.... what you do is break down ur 20 right now in half (so 10, if you're shit at math). and you do 10 reps, 5 times per day, spaced out as much as possible. every week test your new max, and divide that by two, and continue. so lets say a week from now you hit 24 reps, do 12 at a time. you will get some pretty sick progress in a few months if you stick to it.

  • @pumitaproductions another way is build up to a higher weight at a particular rep range, say 8-12 reps @ 300 then lower the weight to 225 and crank out reps. Then use that new rep range to work up to 300 again (lets say 15-20 reps @ 300) and repeat the process.

  • so do he end up making the nfl lol

  • Pretty impressive. Lock those arms out though lol. I need to see how many I can rep with full ROM. Maybe 20, its been a good while.

  • @SuperSoldierFitness Your not supposed to lock your arms when benching, its bad on the joints...

  • i 'll bust his ass i'm 45 yrs old 405lbs ten times

  • @ktown720 cool story bro

  • Thumb-less grip = BEAST

  • @neuron84 thumbless grip= the same difficulty as thumbs wrapped grip...

  • @neuron84 thumbless grip= insta death

  • i was expecting this to be complete shit but that was good

  • IT'S OVER 9000!!!

  • he could have done 60 if he had his mind right, he was set on 50 is as many as he could do, which led him to not doing 1 more, but props anyway most people can't do the bar alone 50 times

  • @joker59142006 how do you think you have even a slight clue how hard he was pushing. he was obviously on his last rep you can tell when you're drained. reps aren't something you wish yourself into doing. you can get right online and calculate what your capable of even if it's wrong. there's still an exact number that you'll be able to do and you can just say "nah +10" and magically do more. otherwise no one would ever do steroids...

  • @joker59142006 Most people can do there bar 50 times fool, also he couldnt have got 60, if he could have he would have. Yur dumb

  • hes thick he should start juicen up and be a bodybuilder.

  • that very impressive. credit when its due

  • i can only do 25 pushups @ 185lb :P

  • @pumitaproductions yeah but with pushups your Feet/toes are resting on the ground,

so all the weight isnt being pushed up by your arms.

  • how in fuck is that possible? what's his one rep max?

  • nitpicking on 2/3 rom.... seriously? you try to lift that 50 fucking times. pussies.

  • I can rep it 15 times LOL. Thats pretty bad ass

  • @jamertot007 lol 15 times is still insane man your a beast

  • hes subed in my class before

  • like a boss!!! damn big as hell!!

  • so sick of you cock suckers bitching about 2/3 rom. all you form police and the general ROM faggotry is silly. guys who actually train don't point out bullshit like that unless it's horrible. he just did 50 reps for christ fucking sakes. eat more lift more you skinny pricks.

  • @cyruseven75

Amen. These pussies make me laugh. I am tired of hearing people always criticizing a lift. I am consistently if not the, one of the strongest at the gym I train at and I know how hard some of these lifts are. Most people can not even lift 225lbs. If he went half or 2/3 range, I would love to see others post their videos of them pressing 225lbs 50 times with full range of motion.

  • dat 2/3 RoM

  • As much as I'd like to knock his accomplishment to feel better about myself for not being able to do the same, like everybody seems to be doing on this video, this was awesome! I love how idiots say he's bouncing it or not locking it out as if that makes this super easy or something... If anything, locking it out each rep would give his muscles a break, making it easier. Respect.

  • And not a single lockout were given that day.

  • If im here hese just bouncing it off his chest one more time I will carve an X in ur eye

  • ppl are fuckin ur not suppose to lock out during reps

  • he's just bouncing it off his chest

  • @MidCityOne yeah cuz that makes its so much easier... i bet even you do just bounce it off your chest 50 times

  • @johncarp35 i can do about 20 reps, full extension at that weight n my chest is nowhere near the size of his.

  • i do this once.

  • i can only bench 135 :S

  • he is 276 lbs , I do 60 reps with that weight at 207 lbs

  • @VivaMydick make a vid to prove it

  • @VivaMydick um no that is so hard to do. the best football player with 16 scholarships at 225 can do that weight 40 reps max on a good day. if you can prove it

  • Respect!!!

  • this is my football coach haha

    taylor county football

  • @jbizzy04 yea well, you're football coach is an absolute monster

  • @jbizzy04 Don't piss your coach off.

  • Comment removed

  • I can barely bench 10 reps with that weight

  • sounds like a train

  • damn hes not even respecting that weight. with most people at the gym i go to thats like there 3RM LOL

  • tht was crazy

  • Diesel..you know youre big when you can see your traps and/or upper back muscles through a normal fitting t-shirt...they should do a sports science on big nfl pass rushers and the effect on hitting a 185lb dood (me). thatd be hysterical and life ending

  • he did 1 rep at 225... the 50th, the one he actually went full range of motion on... still impressive but i give him 35 tops with proper form

  • Who cares what you give him? You can't do this so, why start shit, just give him props. Proper form is NOT everything.

  • @ReignzOfBrainz LOL yes it is

  • LOL no it really isn't. Use strict proper form throughout your life and see how much you limit yourself.

  • Comment removed

  • @ReignzOfBrainz LOL if i put 10 plates on the bar and just got under it and racked it off, and then put it back, would you still say form isn't everything? proper form is used throughout life you tool. how do you think youre reading this message right now? cause somebody taught me how to spell. otherwise you'd be looking at this shit fjasdifasdfjman sd h302 rinsdaf lsdjkhf the equivalent to benching without touching your chest. LOL proper form isnt everything hahahaha gtfo with that shit.

  • @ReignzOfBrainz im not saying this isnt impressive, because it is, but still. form is VERY important

  • @thedouchebags1234 not going all the way up keeps the stress on your chest compared to locking out lets you rest but puts more stress on your triceps. nfl should use one rep maxes instead of a 225 bench

  • No shit but, I mean if it's a test of strength like in this case. Form does not matter. Just get it up

  • LOCK OUT!! i hate when people dont lock out.

  • Comment removed

  • @EnvelopedInDarkness locking out is all triceps bro

  • @EnvelopedInDarkness shut the fuck up

  • roids...

  • a 225 rep test with full range reps :O :O

  • Ok but he did 225

  • Wow I bench 325

  • damn

  • LOL

  • beleive if you want i'm 59 years old trained for 45 years i can do 100 reps with 225 and 50 reps 275 plus 315 for 5 sets of 25 i can do more but dont want to rejury me shoulder again

  • @689321546 are you 13andincrediblycut dad or grampa?

  • @BLaCkEdOuTRoUsHF150 BE NICE I CAN TEACH YOU A THING OR TWO I WAS A WIDE RECIEVER YEARS BACK TOOK A BAD HIT AND ENDED MY CAREER . AS FOR BEING IN SHAPE I TRAIN HARD EAT CLEAN I JUST DID A 600 POUND BENCH AND THE SMITH MACHINCE . I'M 275 WITH 21 3/4 INCH ARMS WAIST 34 CHEST 58 THIGHS 32 INCH AT 6 FEET TALL . ANY ELSE ..AND I HAVE 10 GRAND KIDS

  • @689321546

i can say i have a 20 inch dick. can bench 400 .. n a millionaire but dnt mean shit on utube.. specially if u have no videos to back it up. so do urself a favor and stop lying 2 urself to make u feel better . stop living fantasies and start living in real life man.. this is as good as it gets for u..baahhhh

  • @BLaCkEdOuTRoUsHF150 It was a joke dipshit. the guy is saying you're strong

  • I can do 225 on a good day, once...

  • this makes me feel sick. thats my 1rm lol :(

  • Holy shit. I can do it 12 times....i am his bitch

  • lol those were pretty full reps gotta love the little twig haters who dream of being able to lift 225 for reps with form like that

  • why do ppl always say lock your arms out? all that does is relieve tension, go close to lockout then control the negative., friggin rookies.., outstanding lift by the way.

  • @aokifan89 Cause when you do not lock out, it is easier. Just making it easier. Just not do the full exercise.

When you don't lock out, it won't be a good training...

  • @Mv181293 when you lock out, it relieves tension from your pecs and transitions the tension to your triceps. For a complete chest focus, stopping 'just' before lockout keeps your pecs under tension throughout the set. This method is called Time Under Tension (TUT), and is a great for hyperthropy. Going To lockout builds strength also don't get me wrong, but theres a reason why pro bodybuilders don't lockout.

  • @aokifan89 To get more muscles. But getting stronger or getting more muscles is a huge, huge, huge difference.

  • he wont be able to that half way up shit at the combine. they make you lock your arms out

  • CONAN THE BARBARIAN!!

  • I guess his max is around 495 ???

  • @quangfps no....once you get to a certain point ur not training strength anymore ur training endurance.

  • U gotta go all the way up u fucking retard. U did like 20 real reps u dumb fuck.

  • @MegaWoWjunkie calm down man.

  • to much bounce

  • Ok uhm am I the only one that thinks he's not going all the way up!?

  • @HeRsHeYsKiSsz lol....these guys have professional trainers....and when aiming for reps u dont lock out....im pretty sure these guys know exactly what they r doing considering they will be nfl players and have the best training around lol

  • if i was in the weight room and saw that i would think im never gonna get to play

  • thats amazing good inspiration

  • I would hate to follow him... i would hit 25 reps and look like a bitch...

  • he's where i wanna be, the ideal strength endurance. great for wrestling. thank you for the inspiration

  • Yes I was, but I know you used the one rep max calculator to figure the weight but it's wrong. At that time the most I benched was 275. Now I can do 300 plus but I don't do over 5 reps on anything.that calculator is just a rough estimate.

  • Steroids

  • Damn i wish i was 6'2 and 276 lbs...

  • i was bout to hate cause i thought it wasnt true but hell illl give him 51 times good shit tho. do he play like he lift tho???

  • This vid is sick, much respect!

  • @RE4L72 Dude I love your videos!

  • @nflstreetowner123 Thanks bro

  • Drugs work...and a lot of drugs work alot.

  • @UT92862 lol

  • @UT92862

dude if you took steroids, creatine, glutimine... you still could not do that.

dont hate. . you cant even bench press 60lbs.. stop hating weak nigga

  • @ne1l007 well considering taking creatine is nothing to really brag about and supping glutamine is pointless, stop jabbering.

  • @claudespeed22

I bet your one of those skinny ass fukas in the gym. That think they know everything, shut up.

You know nothing, go back to watching Coleman Videos.

  • @UT92862 hes plays football at a college. they drug test

  • God I feel weak.

  • i can do it 5 times almost there...

    u_u

  • i can hit this 14 times lol woooo

  • DO WORK

  • I live by Marshall, Ian Hoskins made it to the NFL then was booted for steroid use so do not be too impressed dont get me wrong he is pretty strong though.

  • Great effort. Did 10 reps of 100kg (just shy of 225lbs) and I was pleased with that! Nowhere near this guys size though!

  • I'll get there one day

  • Wtf, look at his calves xD

  • There's a video of a guy doing it 72 times, plus this guys got fucking fish string legs.

  • Geeeezzz, for a big guy your legs are FREEEKY SMALL!

  • Comment removed

  • that's fucking nasty... work on your legs once in a while... fucking gross

  • i can bench that fast too... with a broomstick

  • @Xslayking124X Harry Potter?? XD

  • The record was broken this year and it was 45 reps? Yet you got 50 years ago? Never understood why linemen use 225 it should be 315

  • @startingover101 225 isn't really an amazing feat, I know what you're saying. at the weight of about 160~ when I was about 16 years old I was repping 225 for 15, LOL! Now i'm way stronger than I use to be, my dad got to 20 reps no problem, the thing is, we don't even bench press seriously, we just train for overall strength.

  • @VikingII

You weren't bench pressing 225 for 15 reps at 160 pounds. That would put your max easily over 300, which would almost definitely be a state (if not national) record for your age and weight class.

A 2 plate bench press is quite the feat for most trainees. Obviously for entertainment and strength athletes its unremarkable, but you're just belittling it by comparing it to elite levels of strength.

  • @RedWildz powerlifters at 160 could easily do 225 for 15 reps. I weigh 135 and smoke cigarettes and can do 10 or 12 with 225. And I dont compete in shit except how big of a bong rip I can toke.

  • @bishopTh3android

Man, I know it's possible for that weight class. With years of at least somewhat consistent training. But at 15-16?

  • @RedWildz i didnt notice that part...yeah that would be beastly for someone that young. I didnt start to see big improvements for quite a few years after high school

  • @bishopTh3android Post a video of you doing 10 reps .. oh wait. or 12 with 225. You don't say you can do 10.... or 12? its one or the other thats how you're a liar. Powerlifters that weigh 160 could easily do 225 for 15 reps? So you're telling me you're better than them and you don't even pick up weights and smoke?Just shut your mouth man.

  • @Kslick96 ok i will post a vid no prob, just so you can see then i will take it down because its lame to post self indulgent crap like that. The vid will have me doing 10 reps and then smoking a cigarette. I say 10 or 12 because if you really can push yourself and dont lift like a pussy then your emotional and energy levels will have an effect on your max weight/reps. Only pussies just lift what is easy for them to do. Btw i did 25 reps in 4 sets this morning with curls and pullups, then smoked

  • @Kslick96 also i said powerlifters could EASILY do that, someone at my weight (135) should do about 380 for a max and the most i have done is 310-320 so i know i am not as good as professionals. This is coming from someone who would rather read a book than lift weights so compare your weak ass and shallow lifestyle and kill yourself
