The Swedish soldier is very well trained and can compete with the best in the world when it comes to knowledge/skills.
However, high tech and expensive education leads nowhere if there aint enough soldiers. We got the skils, mats....but for no use as we are way too few.
Today we cant even defend Stockholm more then (in the best scenario) 24hours.
@Skalmans750 : While I dont necessarily agree, the idea behind the reduction of armed forces is that there is no international threat level at the moment. What the swedish military tends to do is develop a single or a few units of each weapon system and then make sure they can mass produce them, should the need arise. Id say it is a fair compromise.
This mounted MG looks exactly like the mk19 40 mm.
I would surmise the lack of heavier explosions on impact is due to the special (Swedish) training ammunition. It produces a flash and noise but is more for show than effect.
Thats not a 40 mm automatic cannon shooting! the effect would be twice as much then. Compare the lemur barrel with the main gun at 0:09, the difference is huge and the main gun is 40 mm. It prpbably is a 20 mm similar to the gun on PTGB 203 cause the firing rate is to small for a 12.7 hmg.

Sweden have very good weapons and forces, But the military aren´t so welltrained and good,

Ja Lemur är den på taket man kan ha både Granatspruta och tungkulspruta,finns även på stridsbåt 90 och Archer.
Det är 40mm på både M203 och Grsp men inte samma ammunition.
M203 40 x 46 mm
Grsp 40 x 53 mm
