look for an emulator called kawaks (or winkawaks) and then download a rom file called avp.zip. Or just do what i did and get a 4 GB emulator pack, i'm sure it'll be there :)

9-Yes its a sad day when such a good licenses end up being put to better use in the hands of a team of Japanese videogame devs then with multi million dollar Hollywood studios, but thats just the way it ended up.

(Also see the arcade Dungeons&Dragons, and Punisher games, made by the same team and both truer to their source material then the movies were)

8-This game was based on an early draft script for AvP movie and was intended to have been a tie-in to the movie. Although the draft script was later rejected in favor of a different script (Production problems delayed the filming of the movie until its completion in 2004), Capcom had already completed the game thinking that the film would be released around the time of the game's completion. The film never transpired and the game was later released as a stand-alone storyline to the series.

5-This game was made in 1994, the graphics were fantastic for the time, and are still as vibrant and fluid as they were 14 year ago.

7- Alien Resurrection ripped off this games ending. Why? It didnt make any sense, if they wanted to destroy the ship they could have threw it into the sun, not into earth killing hundreds of thousands of people and potentially risking Aliens surviving the crash, its just retarded.

4-The army using Aliens as weapons, check, the Predators containing an Alien outbreak (they arent stupid enough to ignore the spread of the Aliens) check, smartguns, powerloaders, marines, different species of Aliens, cameos, and lots of other little nods and hints, its obvious the makers of this game were fans or did their homework. If anything Alien Resurrection and AvP deviated from the precedent material much more then this game did, and those were fucking awful movies.

1-Linn Kurosawa and Dutch Schaefer are both cyborgs specifically designed to deal with extra-terrestrials or xenomorphs, they arent exactly 'human' anymore.

2-Linn Kurosawa is roughly based off Machiko Noguchi from the first AvP comic, Dutch Schaefer is roughly based on Major Alan "Dutch" Schaefer (Schwarzenegger) for the first Predator movie.

@drewd1987: The game actually is not a rip off. This version was a coin-op arcade title that came out during the early 90's when the concept of the Alien vs Predators was merely a thought...or at least a graphic novel. I definitely know this because I was playing it back then.

They where gonna use riply but she doesnt really have any fighting skills the films show (and they couldnt get promission) so that redesigned her to be a cody/guy character.
