Once I went on this ride when I was younger, and my nan lent me her rain poncho, it wasn't one from the park it was just a big yellow one she brought... Then I put it on and got my head stuck because I put it on while I got into the boat, I missed the beginning then my aunt pulled it over my head and then I could seeeeee!

the best dark ride ever if this was shut down i would be gathering friends and protesting in my opinion this ride is the heart of the pleasure beach!

last time I went on it we got to the top and it stopped and the police had to escort us out....the ride was then shut for the rest of the day...it was scary

Without alarming the fan boys, pleasure beach is quite shite. Most of there rollercoasters cannot compete with today's merlin parks. On paper they might even have the highest attendance but that's only because it's cheaper. There are no future plans for rides and once the big one become to unsafe (er) to operate that will hit the trash. Im not to sure they properly maintain there rides anyways.

We went on this yesterday and it stopped at 1:27. the lights came on and when iit was fix they went back out again but inside the bit that you go into just after, it is filled with amasing detal and decoration that you cant see at all when the lights are out so really, what was the point in putting all that effort into something when normaly you cant see it anyway???? :P great ride anyways

The ponchos are £1.50 now so what you do is go to the photo viewing place (where you exit valhalla) and next to the drying machine is a poncho bin which usually has loads of ponchos filled to the top, take one out for each of you, check that they are not ripped, give them a shake and away you go. Saving YOU £1.50 each! Head up towards Nickelodeon land and get yourselfs an ice cream. (Up the ramp next to The Arena.) Hope I helped you guys.

@ihackyouriphones The Log Flume was much better than Infusion in my opinion. I think Infusion has had its time now and another ride should take its place while filling the space behind Infusion too as it looks a mess at the moment.

i hated this ride ddnt like how wet u actually got i went on it last year and it was the 1st ride i went on coz it ddnt hav much of a cue n i ended up havin 2 leave and get changed thn go bac 2 pb i was tht wet! so as a result i ddnt go on it wen i went last week haha. great vids tho keep up the good work

Now I know why everyone has a rain coat/poncho on in the boat. There's no hope of anyone coming off without being deluged with water. Isn't Valhalla, heaven in the ancient Norwegian religon?

@woodencoasterfan It has been awarded the as the ride that soaks riders more than any other ride in the world and the best water ride in the world. Rain capes are needed or you can just get soaked haha.

I'm not sure about the word Valhalla. It may well be.

There's lots of on ride videos because people love the rides soo much that they film them. Also the staff don't really enforce the no filming rule.
