He's saying "bonjour" ( meaning hello ^^), "Bon appétit !" ( somethg U say in France before eating, can be translated by "enjoy your food"( like japanese people when they say "itadakimass")), "Je t'aime" ( I love You )and "je vous aime " ( I love you, talking to his fans ).
