Your hands falling down when you punch. And first you punch whit your first hand, the other hand dont mowe. When you hawe punch, than you can punch whit the other hand. Not bad, but not good enough. Its good to the street. But a Real boxer beat you. I hawe do boxint 10 years long before i hawe start whit Martial arts. I know what i say. But i give you a Like! You have got a fair bit of speed there mate, some good power behind those punches too but You really need to keep your hands up, the right is especialy bad it drops a hell of a lot, a good counter puncher will take you out, good work rate too.

hahah i do try to knock him out real quick but i havent gagged him yet, the sound comes from when its rocking its like the hollow sound ,like when u hit thick plastic bottle , but mostly the sound com from rocking back and forth making earth quick shaking my whole place around would filling up with sand help cuz its heavier? cuz right now its filled with water

@hanminy3 It shouldn't be rocking back and forward. You need to fill it with sand. Right to the very top. Use a funnel, and make sure the sand is very dry. Or it will take forever to get it in.

Also you must full him up with sand. All the way to the top. This will stop him rocking.

@1488slav Hi mate. BOB is indestructible. Can't rip. Unaffected bu weather. He will outlive you. LOL No issues with him at all.  Worth every cent.

Hi rezamoraveji1. Thanks for watching. The other vids you are watching probably have BOBs that are half full, or filled up with water. I have filled mine right to the top will sand, and he hardly ever moves. ( You can also lay a piece of timber down on the floor, against the wall behind BOB, so he cant creep back, when you hit him). Hi rafa03. Yep, these bags are a much better idea than all other bags. Feels like your hitting a real person. Fill it up to the top with sand, and you will find it almost impossible to tip over with a punch. Nice video. This ones alot better than that other stupid one you had where you was just arm punching,trying to look all fast (BOB (speedwork) ). In this one you really put your hips into it and generated alot of power. Only thing is you was dead tired at the end and that was just 40 seconds. Time to work on that cardio man.

Thanks dirosaga. Yes, I would be in a bit of trouble if I got taken to ground. In my day there wasn't a lot of Ju-Jitsu or Ground Fighting around. I've never seen the upper part of BOB sold separately, but if you can find one, then yes it will fit on the base.

Hi datingagent80. Yes, there are big differences in using sand or water. Only use sand if you want a better result. Takes a lot longer to get it in, but it's well worth it. Try and make sure that the sand is dry, or you will have awful trouble. Cheers jessemrk...

Yes mate, worth every cent. He's almost indestructible and is very soft on the hands. It actually feels very similar to striking a real person...
