Back when I was a size 16, I was able to lose 5 to 6 pounds in a week just on cycling an hour each day... no dieting. With dieting I would then lose more pounds & went down to a size 8. I'm now a size 6 & I still have a fat belly. Love my butt & thighs. I don't want to lose those, but the midsection has got to go. I may consider libo to reshape that area. This lady clearly needed to be on a diet & exercise plan. Lipo is more for reshaping the body, not a weight loss solution. >_>

when i first thought about lipo i did think it would hurt, but not this much after the surgery.. but i know it was really worth it! (:

This woman obviously suffers from a high body fat percentage. With a proper training regimen and diet, she could have more or less achieved the results she desired without surgery. Greedy plastic surgeons don't bother to tell people such things. They gloss over the risks surgery entails (which include scarring, infection, and even death) to turn a quick dollar exploiting the low-self esteem of pathetic women desperate to emulate professional models and actresses. And the results? Unhappy people.

About those who encourage dieting and profuse physical activity, yes it's indeed the way to go. However, genetics cause someone who's never done any sports to be ripped while someone doing a lot of excercise might not drop their belly. The point is to FEEL good, not to LOOK good. Seriously why should I have to do this shit when there are people like my sis who have a flat belly and eat twice as much as I do. She eats over 2,500 cals a day and she sits all day. Me... This woman could have just reshaped her body through proper nutrition and exercise instead of paying thousands of dollars for an expensive medical procedure. She would improve her health a lot more that way and would also gain knowledge that she could use for the future. She looked fine before the procedure.....a little excess fat but nothing diet and exercise couldnt remedy.

A change in diet and a little god damn exercise and you can spare yourself of this horrible procedure.. Get up and go to the gym, or if not. Find a sport which is fysical, that you enjoy. Go explore it's not that hard to get rid of fat.
