  • Piggly Wiggly at 1:20. Those stores around anymore?

  • the one person that disliked this should be drawn, quartered, and burned.

  • Stunner at 1:42?

  • @draypowers I do believe that is the late Natalie Wood, a 55 & 60's screen star! At

age 16 she was cast as Judy with James Dean and Sal Mineo in the classic movie

Rebel Without A Cause. Married to Robert Wagner, twice, she drowned under odd

circumstances on November 29th,1981. I remember hearing the newscast in a hotel

room in Texas on an airline layover! Very sad! If you didn't already know, now you know!

  • the beatles can just fuck off best of british

  • was this on any of their albums, American or British?

  • LOVE STEVE'S VOICE IN THIS ONE. ALMOST HAS A HAUNTING QUALITY. THE GUITAR WORK IS AHEAD OF ITS TIME AND THE BAND IS TIGHT. KILLER PAUSE AT THE 2 MINUTE MARK. SOUNDS GREAT ON MY IPOD CRANKED UP. STEVE IS THE BEST AND THIS ONE CONFIRMS IT. NO OTHER BAND SOUNDS LIKE THIS EVEN AFTER ALL THESE YEARS. A REAL SHAME ONLY A FEW KNOW HOW GOOD THIS IS, GLAD I'M ONE OF THEM AND MY KIDS WILL ONE DAY THANK ME FOR PUSHING THIS MUSIC. RIP STEVE AND RONNIE!!

  • wHAT IS THIS?

  • its Small Faces....not The Small Faces....

  • @TZAVELENA mate look at the album cover its The Small Faces !!

  • I liked this. Haven't heard it before, which surprises me because I'm a Small Faces' fan (along with other groups) and have several of their singles and three of their albums. Vocals reminiscent of "Whatcha goin' to do 'bout it" , "Tin Soldier" and "If I were a Carpenter". Yes, the late Steve Marriott certainly could pack a punch with his voice. Never thought they were so good with Rod Stewart, although they were much more successful then.

  • The Small Faces RUUUUUULE !!!!!

  • i love british nostalgia take me back to the mods

what a fukin voice for a 18yr old where`s the balls in music today not anywhere thats a fact

  • I agree with han09hague!

  • woooooo

  • steve marriot was stunning.......flawless ♥

  • One of the great under-appreciated bands. Motown meets psychedelic punk.

  • With notable exceptions of course, the

80's and beyond have definitely seen a rough patch as far as bands you would want to follow to the ends of the earth to see. Hearing the Small Faces and other great UK and American bands of the time is another reason to believe that rocks golden age began in 1963 when the Beach Boys, Beatles, and Motown acts started regularly hitting the charts to around 1980/1981 when MTV began and rock and punk started to give way to new wave and hair metal.

  • love the hippie chicks in this video - nice touch !!

  • Cool

  • thank god for this song and this band! they are more than awesome! their music is incredible!

  • nostalgia at its very best. . . .

  • Thank god for people who post treasures on You Tube! thanks from us all.

  • Great Song

  • Great to hear this track. Thanks for posting.

  • The intro is very similar to the intro of "Ogdens nut gone flake" from the 1968 album of the same name. surprisingly it failed to chart in the UK, and was also featured in the film "Dateline diamonds"

  • nice post SodaPop!!

one of their most underrated songs and yet one of their strongest!!

    *****
