I am not filipino,I am european,but I can say that Chocolate hill is a wonderful place indeet!!The first time I visited it 23 years ago!!And I was very impressed to see those stranges hills!

Nireb, we also have 2 remember dat politics is somehow involved in this competition. There r entries from N. America, like Niagara, Grand Canyon, etc..which has a mile of edge of influence over us. All we can do is be supportive and make it sure that we can even get 1 entry to campaign, vote and be proud of......
Nireb, we have 2 remember dat though we got 3 or 4 entries, only 1 would win from r country. And that's an enough honor 2 r country. Aside from the on-line votes, the committee n organizers can only decide which will be the new 7 wonders of nature. Maybe on the top 21, only 1 would be from ours. Whichever it will be, r support is greatly needed.
Politics is everywhere, but at least to see an effort from our "guys" seems not visible. At least to fight for it and don't just let it go. And my point is, since it's on the stage of elimination, and we have to choose 7 everytime, it will be a good way for us to vote for our very own instead of just wasting the other 4 to someone else's. I think it is because the tourism itself(or let me say the government) is not doing the best effort they can to support our nature. Thinking that bakit yung iba sangkaterba ang entry tayo 4 lang binawasan pa ng isa? I am still hoping na mapasama uli ang Mayon kc deserve talaga nito na maging wonders of nature. Maraming sumuporta noong kasama pa ang Mayon bakit nung mataas na nag boto dun pa inalis????
I agree between Fuji and Mayon, still Mayon is far ahead. Familiar ang volcano anywhere but what makes it unique is the shape of Mayon itself. I think no where in this world, you can see as almost perfect cone as the Mayon Volcano plus it's historical aspects. Look at Peru, ang dami nilang entry pero common naman, and the reason is they are so supportive of their nature. Tayo apat lang kahit marami pang dapat mapasama, tapos nawala pa yung isa.

if u want a gud video, y don't u produce your own. There's no problem with just showing a pic, and NIREB2004 was right. Resources is d problem wen u r in oder country like me. If the place is really wonderful n compelling at sight, even a second of glance at the pic, people would vote 4 it.....
After reading de castro's, maybe it's the same case as with the Mayon Volcano. I am still puzzled why mayon volcano is now out from the list, though before it was #19. I hope you can also do something about it because the Pinoys here in the US are all campaigning for these 4 nominees and we want Mayon to be included again. Please!!!!
