Your energy is always so impressive but I am guessing eating right has a lot to do with that. Your body looks great and very cut. Excellent workout and I am skipping like 700-800 per day 3 to 4 per week, I am now enduranced to skipping 200 times without stopping... :) i'm so proud of myself and so happy with my progress cause skipping can be very challenging.

The funny thing is the motivators change from time to time, but I always have them...To get back on track I think about myself as a senior citizen...and think that I wish to be healthy and feeling young. To me putting in the work now is habit...work at feeling like this too...~ahmad

Great high intensity video with super charged music to compliment. Lol, I did this clip, with jump up pull ups. Mine weren't as pretty as yours, but I had lots of fun trying to keep up with the fast pace!! A real sweat fest :) Thanks again Ahmad. As usual, you never disappoint. Great job!!

Try for 7 days...and I bet you will get it done sooner and in less time. Try to do all of the work you do in 3 hours into 45 mins...I bet you will be surprised with your results... I can't wait to hear your day to day updates!~ahmad
