  • pretty ! and again, i'm envious lol

  • NICE case of bed-head, Yop. :-)

  • Play nice! I hadn't even had a proper cup of coffee yet. *grin*

  • Snowdrop, not Snowflake.

  • AH HA! Good to hear from you!

  • Great one - I like to keep some intruments on open-tuning (well, not counting the dulcimer, of course). I recently got a cuatro puertoriqueno - the double-course strings ring that way.

BTW - isn't the tune Snowflake?

  • Snowflake! I do believe you are right. I think I am about to build a strum stick type thing to keep handy. I have never done much with open tunings, except for banjo.

  • great play'n yoppy, and a peacfull looking porch you have there

    cheers

    Ken G

  • picks suck. Who needs it any way? LOL

  • WOOT! ALAN WINS!!!

I wondered who would be first to comment on that. I tried to find it and eventually had to watch the video to see which way it had flown.

  • superb

  • you're one cool dude. i wish i had a place like Yoppland to make videos.

  • Fantastic sound, and what a beautiful place to live :)

  • Very cool! Do you have any "regular" instruments?

  • WOW - Yoppland is beautiful. What a great place to live. This is what I aspire to - a porch for uking :D

Great dulcilele. You two are making me consider getting my tools out :)

  • Not to be immodest, but I agree. Yoppland is lovely.

  • ha ha! brilliant....

    dulcilele....uke-cimer = fun music!

  • I always get your digit wrong. number 9. number 9.

Definitely fun music. Been wanting to try that tune for years.

  • You have wonderful ideas, Yoppy! How is this thing tuned?

  • To be honest. I am not entirely sure. I started twisting the pegs looking for a drone I liked. I think it ended up something like GCGG. As for the idea, thats all Doogey9.

  • Very cool - Yoppland looks nice too.

  • It may not be Disneyland, but I like it.

  • I love this time of year, too. Great playing, Yopp, and I like that you faded out the video with you still playing. Makes me feel like you're still there, enjoying yourself.

  • I was still there for a while, but a lot of that time involved me grumbling about the effects of the cool morning air on my ukuleles ability to stay in tune.

  • it's morning in German-land, too... and sort of fall, which means rain and cold.

but we ain't got such cool music as you do in Yoppy-land... good job!

  • Guten tag (sorry, I spell german worse than I speak it, which is pretty awful)

Round here Spring means rain rain rain. Fall is usually pretty nice. Most excellent to hear from you!

  • haha, that spelling was perfect, you would only write "Tag" with a capital since it is a substantive...

so where exactly is yoppy-land that it has opposite seasons to here?^^

  • Arkansas. Its just the rain that is opposite.

  • Love it!

  • Thanks!

  • nice

  • Thanks Stephen
