I thought that LR was going to sink. I had one and it was a lot better 4x4 then my Jeep yj. The jeep would always get stuck. I always had to be pulled out of stuff. The rover NEVER had to pulled. The repairs on the LR were wild, high and to much for me. I would vote on the LR for great 4x4 performance.

With a snorkel yes, and you have one you can see it on the driver's side.

Without a snorkel you get water in there and hydrolock engine, then its broke :|
