I don't get the point. Just because photoshop can enhance a woman's looks does not mean that beauty doesn't exist.

Yeah, After I apply my make-up in the morning, I look completely different. Thank God for cosmetics.
Many women look at these models and they want to look just like them, well, as you can see, the models don't even look like them. That woman on the billboard doesn't exist.
