I know that, now... Like the description says, "totally inaccurate." I wrote this a couple weeks after I made the switch, and I was frustrated by a couple things. I'm better now, totally on the Mac train. But I still prefer Windows Explorer to Finder...

I'm not so much an Apple fanboy as a fan of really good gadgets and computers. For example, I was not at all a fan of the first 2 iPhones. In general, though, Apple makes some amazing tech.

I really honestly seriously am feeling like your spoof has said everything I always wanted to say in response to those ads. The more "user friendly" macs have gotten, the less you're able to do with them. Is like they're designed to say, "Hey, you're an idiot, okay? Just let me handle this."

Except that I was a Microsoft certified engineer (built my own PCs) and I switched to Mac because it was better and easier IMO, and I just bought a new iMac for $1100 and it's gorgeous. So... there's that.

Macs get viruses, that's why when she was buying hers she saw some antiviruses for macs. She also asked for office and they gave her MICROSOFT office for Mac. I can also build a gaming pc with $600 (better specs then most of the macs) and windows which is $150 and it has mostly every game there is.
This video is actually quite truthful. 3:06 are my exact feelings towards Apple with their ads they pump out. I'm not pissed at the users or the actual OS itself. Just the jack asses that make those biased MAC ads.

Here's the thing: Honestly, the only thing Windows is legit better for is gaming, because I don't know any games that aren't compatible with Windows. And if you REALLY want to customize: Linux.(And that's only partially a joke)

In all fairness I do not see why everyone thinks you can't design things effectively on a PC. I've used a PC all my life so I can't really say anything, but Photoshop and Sony Vegas are wonderful programs for designing.

But just because they own/use macs doesn't mean they cant point out the fanatical nature of "macolytes". Some of their other videos point out more PC flaws, just gotta watch more.

hahah, I totally agree man. The only reason macs don't get viruses is cause crackers/hackers don't bother with that piece of crap. Macs are for computer illiterates who don't realize how overpriced they are. For example, I got a $1,000 laptop from Dell with the same specs as a $2000 Mac book pro a year ago.

0.0 wooow, I just relized that people will have a full out inter-web battle over operating systems. I like both Macs and PCs... I know lots of people who like Linux.... both systems are good. I have both Mac and PC. I love both for different reasons. But this series of mac ads ARE the biggest set of lies and misinformation ever. Apple may have invented "copy, cut and paste"; but windows implemented right! We're still waiting to be able to transfer data between some mac apps.
I liked how this video captured that Mac arrogance that used to be so common 10 to 20 years ago. I'm glad its not like that any more. Just look at the mac-mini. That's humble pc PIE. OSX 10.7 "CROW"
